Manco drive wheel issue.

Does my drive wheel need to have a recessed inner bearing for my sprocket and brake drum to come inward enough to line up with clutch? Can I use spacer between flange and sprocket? I believe its a Critter 415

Not sure if this is what you have, but look at the parts and see if something is missing on your end.
