throttle /return spring/how to 13 hp clone

i removed the governor and everything thats linked to it including the arm that held the long arm that attaches to throttle rod etc...im not sure how to set up a throttle linkage and return spring..on 13 hp the gov is right on side of the casing ,does anybody have some kind of wisdom for this problem pls....help

I suggest you head on over to this site and you'll probably find the answer your looking for, They have been modifying these engines for their Mini Bikes for the longest time. --> Old Mini Bikes <--
