Depending on the condition of the rest of the engine, ie: crankshaft, main bearing, etc, you have severral options, that without any machine work, can also include a big bore kit of 59mm, for a 160cc displacement. Rebuild, port, polish, lighten the valves, and surface you head, a new stock head, or a new aftermarket with big valves & ports.

100-150.00 should put you on a sweet 160cc engine, IF the rest of the drive train is worth the upgrade.
