All of them.
well if you go to this http://wiki.buggydata.com/images/6/60/A ... Manual.pdf

and look at page 18. That is what I'm having trouble with. I need to know that the bolt diameter is. Is it the thread diameter or something else.
also would i just us a impacted wrench to tighten the flywheel and the and the variator and the clutch.

First you will need a torque wrench. You can get torque specs by searching around the web. After finding the specs set the wrench for the correct torque. It would be best to find the manual for whatever the motor is going in if possible.

Alright, yes the diameter of the threats is the M#. As far as the impact, as long as it put them on pretty good and they don't turn much, I would call it good.

Your wrench reads inch pounds or foot pounds?

So an 8mm bolt would go in the 7-11.5 inch pound range fir grade 5 bolts. That would be basically 1 foot pound. With that low of a torque your wrench doesn't go that low. So with those you can snug them on with a ratchet.

Take that back they are Foot pounds, but they are in that column on the right of the numbers. Set the wrench to those specs.

The 8.8 marked bolts are grade 8.They are stronger, for those you go to the far right side of the table of the same Ib-ft section.

How do you know that they are grade 5

also when it says conventional marked bolts does it just mean all the bolt that don't have 8.8 marked on the back

cuz I do have some bolts with 8.8 marked on the back what do i do with those

That seems not tight enough.

yes that bolt would be 8 pounds. A 6mm bolt won't be that tight anyway. As for the rockers determine what matches up on that chart. So say the chart says 12 pounds. The 3 part process means you tighten it in 3 steps. 12 pounds divided by 3 is 4.So round 1 you tighten the bolts in a "cris-cross"pattern at 4 pounds. Round 2 step up to 8 in the same pattern and so on until your finished. The pattern like bottom right, top left, top right, bottom left.
