OK shocks...

Well..I finished up the rear suspension. I'm very happy the way it turned out. I have a problem though. The 12" shocks I had are way too stiff. The person replaced the fronts with these heavy red hydro springs and gave me the stock yellow spares. I replaced them a while ago back to the yellow up front and it was much better. I ended up trying the front shocks on the rear and they are much better. I believe the fronts are stock for my Yerfdog 30034 (yellow). What would be a good shock for the rear? I see all kinds of rates 400,450,600 ?? What would work well?
