Since its so lively in here I thought I should do alittle update on the ole wheeler. Long story short head and cylinder are still at shop.called yesterday he said he was working on sleeve and hasnt started the head yet.it's been probably 6 weeks since I dropped it off.its a kart shop to so busy season I'm guessing is the hold up. pretty much everything else is together and done. just a rod sticking out of the top of motor. I am ready to hear this thing sing again.

Yeah this is the busy season for those shops, Everyone is getting their karts and equipment ready for the warm weather. What else did you do to the kart besides re-doing the engine?
