nos for my 6.5 clone...help

has anybody ever used the nos kit from seaky petes or barstool racers..I just purchased it i drilled thru top of filter so nos has striaght shot into carb..made sure it all was sealed tight...but im not seeing a big difference ...and the cannisters are only 4 inches long ...can anyone clue me in on some tips please Id really appreachiate it
