what is this kart ?

took this kart in trade for work on another kart but it was a chance i just had to take. has a tag that says "funder wheels" on it on top right of tag. also says f.w. mini cars on top left of tag. tag also has very legible serial number on it. looks like an open wheel indy type body with throttle and brake controls on the steering wheel. has an all red briggs and stratton engine, and a cog belt type clutch on it. anyone have a guess as to what this is and are parts available for it ? is it worth anything or should i just scrap the whole thing ? have pics but as i am new here i cannot upload them. can e-mail anyone pics if interested in helping me or buying this kart. thanx guys.
