Tin Lizzy Parade Car

Hi....Rick Tin Lizzy Parade car that I need a reverse friction wheel for. I think this best describes it. I do not have a manual so do not have prober terminology for the part. Does anyone out there no where parts can be bought fot this little cart? Thanx

owwhhh! that''s a tough one, I could imagine the only place to find any parts or it would probably be eBay. At best you might find a second one for parts or repair? like this ONE

Thankyou for the reply....I will consider buying a parts car. I would imagine this part is something from another piece of equipment like a snow blower of tiller. I have a small metal lathe and mill that I could make one except it is a composite part that has some type of rubberized material on it. Again...thanx for the reply.
