I have a asw 150 carbide and if i hook up the air filter to air snorkle hose the engine does not run properly if i remove it and run no air box at all it runs like a top. By the way there is no air filter in the filter box and to my knowledge it has stock jetting in carb. If i try to run it with snorkle attached i have to choke it for it to run decent. Can any one describe what the stock snorkle hose looks like? (Ribbed or smooth sides)
