Dinli Diablo Trans problems

Postby brewbag » Sun May 15, 2005 1:22 pm

Has anyone else had to deal with the 150cc dinli kicking or poping in and out of gear under power?

Does anyone know of a fix. Perhaps a factory kit?

Help

We have a new Dinli Tech on board...
Welcome dinli tech tommy (moderator of Dinli Forums here)

He is also considering a personal consultation service (for any Dinli technical issues) where you could talk one on one with him (or email) and he can troubleshoot & pick the proper parts for you (from the Go Karts R us Parts Dept.) and advise on installation/usage. A nominal fee will be accessed for this personal service if anyone requires it, at current we are working out the details...

sorry, E060010[i got zero happy] if anyone needs me and you do not[DO NOT] have a good dinli dealer in your area, AND you get your parts from ..KJ [this site, this dealer] what i mean is if you live in nowhere montana,w/no dealer around, you could put your whole trans in a bag&box, ship to me get est w/ getting pts from KJ[ie here] i can build it in a trans case, check spacing & shifting, rubberband assys together w/ info and ship back.i haven't worked out the details yet. if i'm working at dinli i can't and don't want to step on any dealers toes.my sole motivation is that i want people to enjoy their bike or atv.it buggs me to hear of someone with a problem/no dealer around/and i could do the job or even talk a person through it.with labor rates going near $100.00 per hour in some parts of the country there may be an opption?
