source for Roketa parts

Postby salzy » Sun Oct 28, 2007 7:05 pm

I have done a fair amount of searching and cannot comeup with a source for parts for my Roketa 250. I know a lot of you guys think Roketa is a piece of crap but I picked this one up right and it seems to be built solid. I live in Vermont and we don't have a ton of these up here. any help you can give me would be great. thanks.....Salzy

can't you just go to roketa.com and order the parts direct? I went to support and just picked a kart and a parts list popped up with a quantity and buy button.

Take pictures of what you need and upload them to photobucket and link here. Then we can see exactly what you need because they might not be Rocketa specific parts but generic ones which you can get locally. It would also help afarmernamedbob to figure out what you need.

I had the same problem with my Roketa. I search all over the web and found a dealer in Idaho. They are really helpful and got me what I needed, I would try them and highly recommend them. I am going to keep going back. Their number is 208-345-3950. Let them know Jason Hooker sent you ther way.

Roketa Tahiti 150

Postby repunzil » Wed Aug 27, 2008 5:05 pm

Great help with the Idaho contact. Thanks so much. I bought a Roketa Tahiti 150 on-line from allnewssports and have had many problems with it mainly relating to the carburator. The diaphram tore around the edge within the first month and now the automatic choke died so I need to replace the whole carburator. Getting parts from these guys takes over 3 weeks if you even get them. This time I've been waiting for over a month and can not even get a response to my phone calls or e-mails. So beware of this company. I love my skooter but have only been able to drive it for a couple of months out of the past year due to waiting for parts, so it is great to know that there is a live contact that is local. I called the Idaho contact and they have the part I need in stock.
Has anyone else had issues with their Tahiti 150?
