  • Simply log-in to your account, select the Invoice, then the "Track Shipment" link. HELP



Tracking Number?: When your order goes into Shipping, you automatically receive an email indicating that your order has been shipped. Within this email, you'll also get the Courier and Tracking Number. If you do not see this email (or any previous ones), there's a good chance one of two things has happened. 1) The email(s) are going to your Spam folder or bin, or, 2) you mis-typed your email address upon account creation or guest mode information. If you believe this to be the case, and you have thoroughly investigated your spam filter and it's diversion paths (most common issue by far!), please contact us with your full Account name and address, also include your correct email address.
