Non used or installed parts are returnable within 60 days of purchase. Mis-shipped items (by part#) are pre-paid return label (or pre-arranged compensation) for either an exchange or full refund. Customer mis-orders (by part#) are returnable by Customer with a mandatory 20% Parts Restocking Fee.
