We have a 30 day (from Customer shipment received date) return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your part or item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled, unworn and unused, also in its original packaging. For proof of purchase, we only require your order name and order number (we can pull up your Invoice for you). 

  We have 3 types of Returns:  

  1.  Customer mis-ordered  part (by part#) [Most Popular]
  2.  Vendor (GKRU) mis-shipped   part e.g. Ordered P#1234 but rec'd P#1235
  3.  Shipping In-Transit Damage   Proof/Images/correspondence required

  →  Return Type 1   Customer mis-ordered part#: You will be instructed to ship part(s) back to us. You will need an RA# first, so contact us initially through the below form. Your returned part#(s) will incur a mandatory 20% RSC (Restocking charge).This fee helps offset the discounted or possible free shipping you received initially on the order. Noting; Discounted or Free Shipping is for kept orders only. This RSC is on part(s) only and not on sny Shipping or Taxes (if  incurred on original transaction) Start a return here

 →  Return Type 2   Vendor Mis-Shipped Part#: We (GKRU) will complete this process 100% at our expense. We can offer you either a full refund (including any shipping costs or taxes) or an exchange for the correct part#. We will require proof of the mis-ship, which could be a simple image(s) or a return and inspection before granting either the Refund or Exchange. If shipped back at Customer expense, we will reimburse your incurred costs (at normal/nominal shipping fees charged by UPS or USPS, or, issue a pre-paid return shipping label. Start a return here

 

 →  Return Type 3   In-Transit Shipping Damaged Part:  We (GKRU) will complete this process 100% at our expense. We can offer you either a full refund (including any shipping costs or taxes) or an exchange for the correct part#. We will require proof of shipment damage, which could be a simple image(s) or a return and inspection before granting either the full Refund or Exchange (Customer Choice).  RETURN & REFUND OVERVIEW 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of parts or items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), specialty/sensitive electronics.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We only do Exchanges for Mis-Shipped Parts. e.g. You order Part 1234 but are sent 1235, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label and ship you out the correct part. We may require proof of incorrect part, usually an image will suffice.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, usually much sooner.. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

All normal (non-special order) site listed parts can be returned within 30 days of receive. A normal 20% restocking fee will apply to the part(s) returned but not the initial shipping costs ot tax collected if applicable. Exception to this would be any part(s) that were shipped to you in our error, i.e. you ordered part# 1234 but we sent you part# 1235, then in that case, we will refund in full including any initial shipping costs incurred, we will also cover the return shipping costs with a pre-paid return label. These considerations are upon receival of mis-shipped part(s), and in some cases we may ask for image(s).

  PLEASE UNDERSTAND:  Power-Sports Parts are not department store over-the-counter items, so BE CAREFUL when ordering! Order only parts that are meant for your machine and are depicted by/in your parts manual and referencing to/by part# only. Do not speculate! You are responsible for all return shipping cost along with the noted restocking fee. *Some parts may actually be non-inventoried or "special order" parts, these are non-returnable.
