These HD tires are not standard bicycle tires, they have a sidewall over 2-times as thick and a much heavier tread to allow for the heavier mini Model-T's, Tin Lizzie's etc. You need this HD tire especially on turns when under power! Learn More
My advice would be to email them as to get thru on the phone is quite rare. Noting I have gotten ahold of them and it's usually in the mornings before they get hammered by phone calls, and from what I understand it's the YOUTH that's tying up the lines. Anyways if you're lucky enough you may get Brenda or Deb, but usually it's email as in my history it's just the easiest contact with GKRU. With that said, I have always had my questions answered or at least given a direction to go in. I ordered a drive belt part 5959 from an amazon supplier, price was very low but it did last not my kids go cart even 1 week. Then I found this site with a review that popped up on google from a customer here saying that these are the real deal and not the cheap rubber ones. Well so far I may have to concur, the Oem belt from here has been on since March and still looks good. Moral to this story is sometimes you get what you pay for and there is a cheap knockoff out there that IMHO is not worth the time to change out so frequently. These guys have been around for ages.
I first dealt with them in the early to mid 90's when we lived in central New York/ Fairport, and while driving down on a pleasant Saturday to visit Watkins Glen Park, we saw a store that had a bunch of little cars displayed out front of this store. The more we toured or hiked the Glen, the more my wife and I said that we have to go back there and buy one of those mini cars. I remember our daughter was so excited, after our hike up the Glenn we stopped at a Pizza Hut and all I remember was how excited we all were, unfortunately... we should of passed on the pizza as the mini-car company (these guys) were closed by the time we got back up to Geneva. Talk about going from a hiking high, down to a deflating and very low disappointment, UGH!!!
Well, WE did return on Monday as Sunday they were closed., I just remember how they were real genuine people, they also have or had an ACE hardware store and attached was a factory plant of some sorts...... if I remember correctly. A few years pass and I found their website, and occasionally bought parts and stuff from them, online. This was back in the days that you used dial-up and America Online LOL. Super glad to see them still alive and well, but I do now see Waterloo as their address?. hmmm? I (we) no longer have that Mini Car but it served us well and for my daughters entire teenage years. It finally found the curbside sale in front of our house, and I remember telling the older gent who bought it to go to this site for parts. So that's our story, probably not a site review, sorry, I just had to tell this story.
Wrapping up this now long story, SORRY!, and about 30 years later?, I stumbled across this site {again} last night and brought back all the memories. When we revisit the in-laws who are still in the Rochester area, I want to trek that route again to Watkins G. and a must do stop at their store..... because as I remember it was just SOOOOO freeqing cool and interesting and they had just about EVERYTHING you could imagine.

I had a part that didn't fit, apparently I read and took the part number from a wrong models parts manual. I had great communication with "Debbie S." Do your "Due Diligence" on the parts you will need BEFORE you place your order. What I'm trying to say is a little research goes a long way and ordering parts by the images is NOT RECOMMENDED. Don't ask why we know this, but let's just say we are now schooled very well and know our way around a lot better with a little patience factored into our quick mouse clicking finger! A+ rating will only come from your satisfaction and you getting the correct parts, right? So "YOU" comes before "THEM".

I have an old manco talon 4x4 atv and it is super hard to find parts for it but this place has served me pretty well. Prices are cheaper than I have found elseware but honestly at this point and time I would pay whatever just to get these stinking parts. My advice would be to not purchase one of these used machines and even refuse it of they offer it to you for like 25 bucks. Just not worth the hassle to obtain these now so hard to find parts. Looks like they work hand in hand with American Landmaster. I order from both sites actually but this GKRU site has slightly better pricing on their parts so I now look here first. Noting some shipments ordered from here will actually come from Landmaster in Indiana, but most have shipped from New York? so this looks like the main shipping warehouse for them, either way it's prompt service. I use to purchase go-cart parts from this company back in the late 90's..... I've since purchased a UTV from Tractor Supply, and, inquiring about some needed maintenance parts they handed me a card with this sites name wrote on it. I thought this sounds familiar as I scratched my head, went home and punched the site up and yepper -do!.... Once I saw the deep purple theme I quickly remembered this is where I got my kids go-carts AND parts. So last Monday, I ordered up a new driven clutch and belt for my Landmaster BD700 and I actually logged in under my email!; Yes, they still had my shipping address info and looking within my account I could still see my past 25 year old orders, wow in a good way!. On my "current" order lol, Everything worked out perfectly. I received my Landmaster parts this AM and all was perfect. I use to order these 5959 drive belts on amazon but they would not last at all. Tried this companies 5959 and seem MUCH better and it's been on now over a month and still going strong. I love amazon but sometimes sellers try to push the cheap stuff on it which amazon has no control or probably even has an idea that they are so cheaply made. My 1 star on Amazon is a 5 star here!

Only place we purchase our maintenance parts for our 16 (yes, SIXTEEN) American Landmaster Utility Vehicles. Cannot say anything bad and they have always met our order needs to an above satisfactory level.
I like that you can now instant down-load your parts manuals, before you had to checkout with a purchase ($0) to get them, much easier now, good job to your IT dept. Talking with Debbie on the phone, which by the way is NOT so easy as they don't tender to the phone very much, but she was super HELPFUL and NICE! So 5 stars but ...... due to the hard to get ahold on the phone gets them down to 4 stars. Their email reply is excellent btw, and Debbie said that this is your best contact way, and this helps to offset the lower prices, She also mentioned that they could hire 20 employees just to answer phones but the offset tp pay this would be retail pricing. US based company selling mostly Chinese made parts. Nothing new here but I'm placing my order mainly b/c I need these parts for my AMERICAN Landmasters Side by side.
If you need to call them try morning like 10am-ish eastern. Worked for me now a few times but you can't really get a "technician" on the phone, you have to use email for them but any questions regarding an order you intend to place works like a charm, although they can't take the order over the phone because of some compliance law or rule?. They can tell you inventory levels and such which doesn't sound that important but believe me, in the height of the quad season it becomes very important, especially on parts that are already sold out on Americans site. Debby has been super helpful and like said, just not technical but they have guys for that but via email, and usually you can get answered that same day, so not that bad at all.

We repair some of these American Sportworks and Landmaster machines for customers. We highly recommend this company for genuine OEM parts...... which is important! In the past we use to buy "generic" parts which was a complete nightmare. A few would fit, not any would last. This place however has the good parts that are OEM (original manufacturer made parts) and trust me this is worth it. The frustration with the cheap chinese parts is not worth the frustration, even on Amazon ther's just plain junky cheap parts. So overall; Just not worth it so save your time and money and buy genuine parts and they are here!. Thank you folks and please post this @ !

We miss their storefront on Rte 14 North I'd take my Cousins there and we'd sit in all the buggies, we even got to take test rides back in the day but later they said insurance nixed that. This place was AWESOME!!! They had everything including a Tru Value hardware. We dearly miss it and the staff was awesome too, we knew Carol Hendrickson personally who was the sales manager there. Now-a-days? I see a HEP Bargain window and door company in there, it looks like a mess from the outside, even worse on the inside. You can tell the new owners just don't care. We use Landmaster UTVs for multiple chores and they are great. Occasionally they need some maintenance and we have found this place to provide exactly what we need. They have good and reliable email. No phone, well actually they do and we did get them a couple of times but that's rare, so use email or their "Contact us" page whichh is elaborate and quite usefuyl. You can find this on the top of all pages, look for Contact Us in a small yellow box.
You CAN return a part but let me be clear, you pay the return shipping UNLESS the part you ordered is not the part you received. So the fine print is, if you order (by part#) 6789 but received 6788 then yes they will pay the return shipping and send you out the correct part 6789. Nut if you order 6789 and you got that part then it's on you, it doesn't matter that the part is not the correct one, to them it is as you got the part you ordered. All in all, it's fair and I guess I learned this the hard way. I will still keep buying from here as they have the lowest prices and certainly get your order out quickly. I'd say a B+ from my snobby/picky self lol.
They have some parts that start with C that are not listed on their site. Contact them with your C numbered part and they might come through for you. They did for me and more than once now. Thank you folks.

Had to return a part and it was easy but couldnt get them on phone so i emailed and Brenda took care of me. Return shipping is not free unless its there fault being they send you a part you did not order. They still have the best prices if you need these utility vehicle parts. My lesson learned is to be careful on ordering your parts and dont revert the part number around or you will get somethig that you do not need or want.

I ordered some tie-rods that were discontinued everywhere, but their site said they had them so I ordered 2 sets. I got an email back from them saying they could only ship these from one of the locations and that warehouse was closed until they completed inventory. I was hard up, so I responded back with a "just send asap please" and, I then received in a weeks time, even with the delay. The tierods were exactly what I wanted and the wait was nothing especially considering the situation of my dire needs. Will be purchasing again and site is bookmarked ^
Needed a part and found out with parts diagram it was a Y00047 and they had one which by the way I found out these parts were near extinction. Apparently this co. still has some of these older Y numbered parts and Kevin was super helpful in getting my diagram which without this I would be lost. Happy happy :-)
Needed a 16966 steering spindle. Found and ordered it here. Shipping cost was additional 20$ but still way cheaper than other sites. Needed drive belt 17919 but they were out at the time, I went with the 2-20698 as I did not have the models it said it doesn't fit. All worked fine and appreciate the tip.

Once we found the name plate it was a piece of cake and my only advice then or after that is to refer to parts by the number and not name of the part itself mainly to lesson the confusion. I would grade this company an A- as overall it is quite good and prices seem to be competitive.

This company got me my parts manual in .pdf format and it was free, then they guided me on how to order parts for it and in the end, it was super easy. Tracking did not show anything, it was blank so I quickly protested the sale. To my disarray, this company emailed me and told me that tracking sometimes doesn't get displayed for awhile and it's not them displaying this info but rather the post office as in my case it looks like my box of parts is being sent postal. So I went into my pay-pal and un-did the dispute. The good news of all this is that it came a day later. So that was pretty snappy service and I feel sorry that I caused an issue and will certainly be more patient next time. Dont let the site intimidate y'all. Its easy once you get around where everythings at. You now every little item has its own part number and this comes from the manual then you type this in to the search field box. Thats it, just go by part number and y'all be fine.

I run a business that sells and delivers Provisions (food & beverage) out to the docks for several million$ luxury yachts. We (now) use these LandMasters UTV's with rear decks/beds and tow behind trailers as it works best on crowded docks especially with taxi's and limo's hogging the passthru lanes. With that being said, we cannot have any hiccups in our service and depend on these machines dearly. I contacted "Gokarts r us" of our goals and needs and they have assisted us each time. So, they list their Check-out shipping options as "Best way" and "Priority". We use the Priority, but, have contacted them (i believe his name was Kevin) and got Overnite shipping on a couple of parts. So, they will work with you but expect those services to not come 'cheap'.... and, a word that doesn't really exist in our vocabulary LOL!! 5 Starz!
We purchase a ton of parts from here. A few times we had a back order but they always followed up and these chinese parts are sometimes hard to acquire, especailly now since Covid. Parts are a real pita to get for this now antiquated model. Nobody and I mean NOBODY has parts for them anymore. But here at gokarts r us we have found some success. It's not a world beater by any means but it is a glimpse of hope. Luckily my husband is a welder and we can fabricate a lot of the parts ourselves, we then inquire, yes by email people, about some part numbers that we can't make. We have had a few surprises where this company has actually found some of these parts for us. I'd say this is over and above service as some have taken a few weeks for them to even research it.

Our family rides primarily in the western Texas dunes and we just happen to need parts quite often, at least it seems like it anyways. My husband and 2 Sons are the aggressive ones with all that jumping stuff and it takes it's toll. We usually have a broken link arm or at least a snapped tie rod on every weekend adventure. This Go Karts R us site ahs always taken care of our needs. I or we have 2 Landmaster Utv buggies. Our parts manuals PDF is on my homepage for quick reference. Once you get the hang of it, picking a part that is broken comes naturally. At first I was a bit hesitant, and, I did order a few wrong parts in the past in which this company took care of with refunds minus a restocking fee. This seems to be the norm in this industry and I understand this or these parts are not "over the counter department store items" LOL. I think I ripped that off of one of their customer service statements.

Don't speculate or guess on parts!! Seems like the manufacturers of these buggies make "their parts" a tad different or proprietary to their BRAND and MODEL. I have found few parts that are generic and seem to fit different or multiple buggies, but most are going to be exact for that brand and model. I service these for customers and sometimes have peeps drop off their machines with a part they find on ebay and expect them to fit. Well tbh, 9 out of 10 times they do not!. So this is my goto site for manco and american sportworks and I usually buy the parts here or if the customer insists on getting the parts themselves I send them to here. I have found these parts to be genuine OEM and perfectly fit the model taht they are intended to go on !> which resorts back to how I started this statement hint hint.

Don't be dazzled by all the "glitter" on the site. You simply type in your desired part number into the sites search box and if it is still available it will come up. Sometimes you will see a "DISCONTINUED" displayed but, it may still be available, you need to look for a "Add to Cart" button, then you're good to go. If no Cart button then the part is gone and you need to start your google process. We've had pretty good luck here and with my husband that keeps picking up these roadside deals, I'm in charge of ordering the parts on "HIS" repurposing and rebuilding kart projects. I highly recommend this site and they've never let us down.
I read reviews about not getting through on the phone, so I tried anyways, maybe because I guess I'm from Missouri (the show me State!). No problem at all! First call was a success. Then inquiring I found out that this is their "quiet time" of the season. I guess generally most folks aren't ordering these parts in the winter. Okay, understood. I talked with a gal named Debbie and she was quite pleasant and answered all my questions, and, actually guiding me online to where I had to go. Great customer service and I now now the basics of this site and feel comfortable on the next revisit that I will be able to obtain the info and parts I will might be needing. I have 5 grandkids and they put me in charge of getting them parts for there little go car. I have had a few problems obtaining some parts as I guess these carts are not in production anymore, and I found it easiest to email them the part number first before ordering them. This may not be a factor with newer gocars, but with ours which is the manco intruder II, I find this to be the best method. They answer you back the same day or at least by the next, so it is a workable solution. Hope this helps others and good luck and I do find this company to be on the up and up :=)
Once I found my parts manual on the site, it was a breeze to pick out my parts needed. I had to email them first as I did not know how or where to find them, but they responded back with a free downloadable link to my buggies manual. NOTE!: You will need to know your model number of you machine, after my initial emailing, I found out there was like 20 "revisions" of the model by name, so I had to go back to look at my Buggy (physically) and found the name plate along with the (worthless) serial number. I say worthless on teh serial number because apparently the Manufacturer never logged this number to cross it with the actual model! (hmmm?)
Anyways, all said and done it was a very easy process. Go Karts-R-us had the best pricing, and they shipped all my parts to my house within a week easily. So good experience all around, just know your numbers! lol. That is your Buggies model number, then with the help of your parts manual (which has like a blueprint image of your buggy parts/areas) you will be able to key in all your part numbers and set the quantities of each. Oh yeah, key-in meaning I use the search box with the part# entered, I'm sure there's other ways but this is quick and easy.

Received a damaged part and to resolve quickly they had me take a picture. No problem with that, and then they were going to send me out another part. But the next day, I asked for my money back as I thought I could then repair this part. Ok but hmmmm?... now all of a sudden they wanted the part back and I had to ship it (but at least it was with a prepaid return label otherwise this would be a 1 star review!). Kind of confusing, first it is then it isn't. Not thrilled TBH.
I asked for guaranteed Christmas delivery and they said they do not have that service. Bad company to deal with, and everyone has this service nowadays. Avoid and go elseware would be my review of this place.

Superior contact, but all thru email as I understand to keep part prices and costs down {to uphold these discounted prices}... that's what they have to do!..... Totally understand, and their email is great, my responses have all been within the 24hrs {that they claim as maximum response time}. So my order story is short, but no real quick lol: I placed an order on Sunday morning, then found I needed a couple more parts and placed another order after that original one. Sent them an email of this and asked if I could get a discounted shipping cost on the 2nd sequential order? They did better than that and refunded me the ENTIRE shipping costs on the 2nd order ....they emailed me back and said "No problems Mr. Williams, your order hasn't been picked and packed yet and we can combine them and save you the entire shipping costs on that 2nd order!" WOWZA, you don't get that much anymore in America, once someone has your money they don't wanna give it up, but not so here. I want to thank "Ken" who took care of this for me. On my recent order I had about 10 or so parts on it. All came right thru except for one part that was marked as "BO". I took it as back order and contacted this company and they said it would be approx. 1 week. I wasn't very happy at the time, but it did finally come in and it was about 10 days later. So overall good but not prefect and I probably will still buy here again because they do have really good prices.
Mr. Google found me this site as I needed a "2-20807 : Dana, Differential Assm 012da120x". It was back ordered everywhere!, but I called them at 315.670.1410. and received a recording to email them instead, okay I thought, this is now the norm on how things get done in America. So I received an email back on this availability and they said they had just one left. Would of been quicker with a phone call hence my deduction of 1 star in my review. So, I quickly created my account (note: I could of checked out as a guest but I wanted an audit trail of the order), and purchased this fairly expensive part at $459 with free shipping :) on Fri 8/18/23 and I received tracking thsi morning (SATURDAY 8/19). Best prices on American LandMaster parts!~ Period!. I'm building up my 2nd order as we speak, I try to get to the $200 mark and then shipping is free. Only negative I can think of?...... is that I pay sales tax and it looks like this is because I'm in NY and so are they. No deal breaker however, I also now pay tax on ebay which I didn't use to, so things online with taxes are evolving.

Slight delay in my order as I put my PO Box as the street address. Apparently they do ship Postal but larger items have to go UPS. i was informed to put my POB on the 2nd address line and if the shipment can go that way it will, otherwise your shipment will use the first address line. Lesson learned. I now will include both my street address and put my POB on street address line 2. I received tracking and just await my parts order, looks all good so far.

SO.... FIRST up, I passed over this site several times prior because of the name..... I thought this was a Russian company because of the name ending in Rus... usually in email addresses this indicates the email comes from Russia (spam city).

Once you have your parts manual it is VERY easy to order the parts that your Utv requires. Looks like a lot of different models available on the menu listing, so I found mine by entering in the model number in the sites search box the same way you find the part that you will need. I then received my order complete as ordered in less than a week and I live in San Clemente CA.
You CAN get thru on the phones to this company! and by the way they are real folks located in upstate New york. I find the best time is around 10 to 11am eastern and I thank another reviewer for this tip. Jus placed my first order and will let yas know if there is any problems but so far so good.
I use this sites forum and have been for a contributor there for several years, i just placed an order (here) last week and it arrived that same week. I purchased a gocart from a roadside garage sale here in Muskegon MI. Here's my THOUGHTS...........
-Thought buying parts wouldn't be that difficult. Ha!
-Thought my $25 cart was a bargain. Ha!
-Thought my grandson would be riding this by his Birthday. Ha!
So let me explain some more. It seems each manufacturer makes 'their' parts proprietary, meaning you pretty much have to buy their parts, some/few parts are more generic and fit many Makes or models. Anywho, I contacted this site and after a few emails we figured out that I actually had a brand (Manco) that they service or have parts for. Then next up is the age of the gocart as it seems some parts are AWOL and are not being restocked, stated because the Manufacturer is long gone. It's a minor headache but I'm on my way [FINALLY] and special thanks to the team here at Gokartsrus.com with A+ help and I will be ordering again soon.

Needed part 2-70019 for an upcoming weekend UTV outing. Emailed them to assure they had one and if it would arrive on time. They gave me an estimated date which ended up being accurate but would not give me a guaranteed delivery, well at least not at that price point for shipping which I guess is understandable. 4 out of 5 for me.

Our first order we checked out and selected "send personal check" for a payment method. It took 10 days to ship if not longer. So next order we used the pay-pal but we input our credit card selecting not to make an account. Worked flawlessly, and, we had the order in a few days. We live next to a day care center and my kids go-carts are the small kids envy as they look through the chain link fence. Problem is (was) that the noise was too much for the supervisors, so I went on their Forum and found or was suggested a quiet muffler to keep peace in my neighborhood. So I needed a part# 2-11082 Shifter Cable, found it and saw they had quantity discounts listed, so I ordered a spare. They came in 4 days via USPS Priority and I just opted for the cheapest shipping at order entry. Very good folks, you have a new customer and reporting here is an anomaly for me as I never write reviews. Keep up the good work and Thankyou.
ORDERED WRONG SIDE STEERING SPINDLE FOR MY UTV. ITS NOT WHAT YOU LOOK AT BUT RATHER WHEN YOU SIT IN THE UTILITY VEHICLE. LESSON LEARNED BUT I HAD TP PAY 21 BUCKS TO RETURN THE WRONG SPINDLE. IF YOU DO THIS EMAIL THEM AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU A RETURN NUMBER TO PUT ON THE MAILING LABEL. I USED UPS STORE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THIS IN 2 MINUTES.
They do not take purchase orders as payment so that was a snag for me, as I purchase for a BOCES School and we use PO's billed to our District. I finally got clearance to use a Credit Card and the order was shipped the next day. So overall I will reorder as these are the lowest prices and my supervisor will approve that every time.

I called and talked with a guy about needing a tie rod form my manco 415 gocart. He would not tell me the part I needed and made me download a schematic to pick parts saying they support 1 gazillion models and he personally doesn't know blah blah blah about every model including mine. I then found the tierod, called back again asking if this is the part or do I need another different part? A woman picked up this time and she was as generic as the first guy, they will not commit to ANYTHING!. Maybe its that there afraid they would be responsible if the part isnt correct and theyd be responsible and have to pay for the return? hmmmm may be so. Well its all on me as they will go on to tell you that the machine is front of you (ME) and not them and that I can see visually what part is needed, they cant. It just sucks (democrats) that you cant geta answer to a simple question. This Country has gone to Sh*t but will soon change!!! MAGA 24
I purchased their OEM 5959 drive belt after trying the amazon ones listed for like 3 for this same price as one here. Let me first tell you that those amazon one's last a couple of good day of riding at best, they end up shredding and pretty fast at that. It's got be the cheap rubber that those chinese belts have or use. HOWEVER, these 5959 belts {from here} are OEM and last 100 times longer! No joke, you'll be switching out those amazon chinese ones all the time, labor and down time is just not worth it, even if you can get 6 of those for the price of just one of these. Nope, no more for me

I opted for rush shipment via the priority shipping. Was worth the high cost (for me at least) as I got my parts in a couple of days and I live in far out 'Zona. Tracking was great and it showed it coming from New York. So not to shabby at all. Highly recommend.
Its VERY important that you order FROM the correct part manual for YOUR machine (its all done by model number of your unit/kart/atv/utv etc.. Otherwise....... you will get incorrect parts, period. After reading through these reviews, I see and hear about getting/receiving incorrect parts, well, this would not be the case if they (you?) use the correct method of finding and ordering your parts. I laugh when I read "they sent me the wrong part!" when generally it is more like "I ORDERED THE WRONG PART!". There is a difference people and if it's the fault of the company, they will pay the return shipping, so stop crying about the fact that they do not pay for return shipping. They do...... if it's there fault!. So if "You" order the incorrect part and yes, it's on you to return it as it should be. Let's get this straight people! ????

I recommend this site but not American Landmaster Co. or that companies past names in general (Manco, American Sportworks). The problem is that they don't continue parts for their older models/lines, they drop these foreign made parts in favor of the new models. So 5 stars for this discount parts site, 1 star for Landmasters and that is my review/ average, and that is also based on this site selling those parts from/for this other company. My advice: Support the models you have sold in the past!
I got right through on the phone and talked with a Debbie, she steered me to the correct area of their site so I could order. This was good in all, but she couldn't take my order over the phomne due to some security ordeal of not wanting to know my credit card number and details. I guess I get it, but it could of been a lot faster if she could of taken my order right then and there. It's now Tuesday and I placed this order on Friday. Still nothing but a tracking link which says I should get it tomorrow which will be Wednesday and almsot a week. Id say my experiance was average at best.
Had to return a part i did not need anymore and was soaked a 20% restockers fee. Yes its in their buying agreement so its partially my fault but I will be more careful next time.

I have experienced this a couple of times but understand the issue of the part not being able to absorb the cost on the shipping, so it has to have this tacked on. My Son hands me a list and says order these Mom, like ASAP! I had no idea where to start! I called American landmasters and they gave me this site as they said a few of the parts we needed were now "obsolete" ?. I called here and the woman said to email them the part numbers and they would research them to see if they could still get any or all of them. Well, they came through on all but one (that they said it was last sold 6 years ago, yikes!). I received the order and all looks great, Billy has the parts installed and has already given me another list. Ugh! Here I go again, but it's easy and shipping is very quick. My husband has me do all the ordering and we have nothing but good to say about Gokartsrus.com LLC. Couple quick stories in my testimonial. We have 4 children and all are almost every day karting "hobbyists". So we as parents use our 2 karts as kind of leverage, like in doing or not doing your chores. I know a lot of parents use cell phones as weight on this subject, but we don't want to take that away as we want or need to communicate with our teenage children. So we found these recreational karts as the best leverage. We keep them in the garage under lock and key with a careful eye when we have someone on "kart probation" Our method seems to work quite well, as a whole day (or more) without riding privilege's just seems to hit their weak spot........okay, back to our review; we had a wrong size gear sprocket on one of our orders, it was confusing as everything is directed to part numbers and not as descriptive references. I had to return a part that was incorrect. Guess I had fat fingers and punched in the wrong part number on one of the 20 parts I had on my order. I contacted them by email and gave them the order number along with the part and it was taken care of quickly and easily but I did have to put in another order for the correct part hence the 4 stars. You can do a return thru your portal and no need to contact them first. Of course you'll have to make an account here but everything seems very straight forward and I have found the return factor to be quite easy as long as you have made an account and not selected to checkout as a guest. Ordered a part by mistake, contacted them via email and they gave me a RA number to put on the label. I guess you can also do it live on the website if you made an account which I did not, I checked out as a guest. Still no issue and will buy again from here, they seem like gook people to deal with.

Yes, they are good at delivering your parts at a reasonable price, that is if you buy enough to make it sensible/affordable. Another words don't come here to buy a 2 dollar part because the shipping cost is 5 times the cost of the part itself. So it gets pricey on small dollar parts. Again, Yes, If you get your order high enough you can actually get free shipping, but, this in reality is not very often for us. My two boys always seem to ask me to order them a bushing lets say, I then get riff from them about if I ordered it yet, I tell them no, I'm waiting on more to make it efficient and then the attitude starts. So end of story, it's a good system IF you order enough, otherwise it's a family debacle as I have to be the thrifty one in the family and this shipping system is not for me (or would that be us?). We tried ordering these parts on eBay with not so great of luck. Most were imitation CHEAP knockoff parts that would fail within a short amount of time. Cool order system but you will need to find your part/parts by part number.
This comes from your models parts diagram which if you don't have one they will get you one at no charge, just look for the CONTACT US button in the top middle of their site and it will have a button for parts manuals. YOU will need to know your make and model number for this to happen but once you do this you are golden. Noting it took almost a day for the response so be patient. The parts manual will have a blueprint or visual diagram of your unit showing all the parts broken down individually. This is key. You will then cross reference a ref number to the actual part number on that page or sometimes on a following page. This is all done in a PDF, Very straight forward. Once you have your part number, you type it into the sites search box and it will display along with the price and a order now button. If it is not in stock for any reason, you may not see the add to cart button, so keep this in memory as this can be confusing seeing the part but no way of buying it. Hope this helps others and soon you'll find out how easy it is to find and get your parts. J.A.S.

I finally got through on the phone and talked to Ms Brenda. She says/states that your BEST TIME TO CALL THEM IS/ AROUND 10AM (Eastern). Seems that the teenagers wake up after that and overwhelm the phone lines, and they only have 3 or 4 on-duty that take calls. She also explained that their Company cannot hire 20 or so to field calls .....as it would have to reflect in the pricing and wholesale cannot absorb that kind of service. Totally understand (now). Hopefully this will get pinned to the top of the comments. Thank you kindly.

A+ customer service. We had a part that was incorrect, our fault as we ordered by image and not by part number. We emailed immediately and received a response back to send the part back and reorder the correct part. We chose to do this prior to receiving a refund on the misordered part and had a tracking email on the replacement within hours. That part came 3 days later and the part sent back was refunded the same day they received it back. Most companies take several days for this, but not here! Highly recommend this site.

American Landmasters gave me their phone number but they never picked up. I then emailed them for this part and they got back to me the next day saying they could ship me the part out that same day as long as they had my order by 10am, noting a part that Landmaster was out of and said they were never getting back in. So I hopped right on it and the transaction was quick enough and I will likely buy again here, I just won't waste my time with the phone calls.
My order has a back ordered part on it and it took about a month for it to come in. All in all I'm happy as this part was also out at Am Landmasters site. B+
I'm retired from the US Marine Corps and I now find a little R&R while playing on my almost 2 yr old American Landmaster L7 4wd SXS. I went through a Driver Pulley Clutch under warranty and they covered it with no problems. After the warranty was out, I burned through the Driven Pulley and a throttle cable, looked high and wide and found this site....... they had the part discounted and less than anywhere else!. The pully wheel was heavy and required some additional shipping, no problem; as it was still a better deal than anywhere else and believe it of not, it was received in 4 days and installed in-time before a weekend adventure out to Cape Cod. This trip was AMAZING and would not of happened without these good & dependable caring people. A gal named Debbie was just exceptional, and when I need a part again?... I look no further! My kids hobbies always bring me in and involved especially when it costs money. This site is the cheapest on Landmaster parts and we had a return once on a drive shaft part, it was big and heavy and cost me 34 bucks to return. So be careful of what you order but this company is very good at taking care of you. Returns is always a concern so be careful and get the right part the first time :-)

We purchased 2 Landmaster UTV's for use around our dairy farm in 2020. We now required some parts here in 2023, not complaining at all!. So googling around, I found this place and just placed our second order in 2 Mos. The system is easy, but you will need your part manual because you pick parts by part#. We had our manuals as the 2 models are identical and we retained the paperwork, but I also see you can download them here as well. Very nice folks, also to note!..... we used the quantity buyers program on both orders and saved even more money. This is a hidden gem!; look up to the top of their page for and "Info" button, then scroll to "Quantity Buyers Program". If you purchase a lot, shipping is cheap or actually nadda, but if you only need a small ubolt or something, then the shipping is high. So buy enough to bring the shipping down. These guys seem quite dependable at least for the 2 or 3 orders I have places so far. hey!, going riding :)

We purchased 2 Landmaster UTVs back in Covid 2020 to ride out in the desert and avoid all the germs floating around in town. I wouldn't say they are the ultimate machines but the "built in America" was what got us and we've been pretty happy with the performance and reliability. Good system here. Another site wanted to sell me my parts manual, I emailed these guys my model number and they returned the email with a free PDF manual (from the factory). Worked perfectly and my order was received today in excellent shape. They have a checklist/packinglist included in the order that a real human that initials and checks each part off. This is my now go to site for parts and will be ordering again in teh future A+ UPDATE//// I see the parst manuals are all online for instant downloading and I don't see where they cost anything: best way I found is to just enter in your Model# into their search box and select it from there. My parts arrived fast with easy tracking and I optioned for texts and it was flawless. Will buy again when needed, but hopefully that is not for a long time as this last order was over 200, the good news was that I received free shipping on the order. So my tip would be.... save up enough parts to checkout with a large enough dollar amount that you get the free shipping. Granted some parts are big and heavy and can endure a add on to this but that is understandable.

Tracking showed what was in the shipped order, but it was not showing a part I ordered: Drive Belt Part# 17919. Email was returned after inquiry and found out that the belt would ship later because of some back order. I now have the order minus the drive belt which they tell me should be in a week or so. Good Communication. Will be purchasing again from Go Karts "R" us and I like their detailed tracking, is a plus IMHO.
I ordered a 54 tooth sprocket but a 52 was delivered. Email company and they send a retuen label at no charge with tracking. So, I wantched the package and it was refunded in full the very day they received it. Not many companies do that so I was influenced to write this, 4 starz only cuz of the initial goofup. Appreciate the excellent service however and will order again with a special thanks to Debby.
We acquired the go-cart "bug" while vacationing in Ocean City MD. in 2021 Coming home we found several back yard carts for sale on FB-Marketplace and we jumped right in purchasing 2. We were recommended by the seller to this company as our trusted parts resource and they had the brand parts we would need (VERY Important!). We've only had to place 2 orders so far and all has been exceptionally correct and good. I would only recommend to others "jumping" into this sport to make sure you get machines you can get parts for, yes, this is quite important and hopefully you don't find this out the hard way. Bottom line: We are having a ball, it's a great stress reliever especially after a busy work week, and I can take my frustrations out and they are entirely ridded for the weekend.

I had a part that didn't fit and had to contact them thru email. ?Apparently? I ordered the wrong part number and I found out that they do not pay for return shipping and I had to pay for taht. I did get it all straightened out (by email) and eventually with the help from Debbie S. in customer service. She was good to work with.

We are in Southern Mississippi but seems to be no issue at all. Needed an axel shaft part 2-20862 and opted for expedited shipping. It was a great choice and I had the axel in hand a couple of days later. Highly recommend.
Watch out for some parts that the image may say "Free Shipping" BUT!!!!, there is a so called "Adder" (apparently due to the weight or size of the item). It's kind of misleading but in searching other sites for the same part, they actually still have the best price. 1 Star for misleading text + 5 Stars for best price equals 3 stars. Sorry folks.
They have a lot of older or should I say discontinued parts but not all are listed on the website, so email them your part number and see if they can find you that part. You will need the part number as they do not deal in descriptives such as bearing, strut flange etc. It has worked for me a couple of times so far and we failed on a couple as well, but it is worth a try. PS: use the email in the yellow Contact us tab on the top middle of the website. It's all very well laid out and you chose how you wish your contact to be directed.
We signed up for military program discount and works for extra discount code you enter/ it takes a day or so to get active and you send credentials on the sign up page. I would say its easy and I would recommend to other military personnel.

Whether its a small part or our large Spring order, they always come through for us, or at least an answer....... Some off these Manco parts are becoming hard to find. As I understand it they do not make a lot of these parts anymore. Disappointing but certainly not this companies fault and they have always done there best to accommodate my inquiries. I also use the Forum now, I get some responses on there that help and sometimes have found some parts posted that were not on this site. So I highly recommend this maybe as a last resort if you can't find your part? I'll post a link to that forum and good luck everyone!

I ordered a brake caliper that wasn't the correct one, Debbie helped me get my correct parts manual for my go-cart {this is key!!!} and she gave me a return code on the wrong part. Long story short; everything is correct and the process was easy enough. Also note, you do have to pay for the return shipping. Good customer service and I will be back when I need more parts.

I followed another review and called them at 10am eastern. Worked like a charm, talked with Brenda and she got me to where I needed to be and went back to the site. $100 worth of parts ordered thru Paypal, which is what I like to pay with :)
Problem!: I had the incorrect parts manual for my utv machine, so I ordered a few parts and some did not fit. After several emails with a Ms Debby, she directed me to the correct parts diagram for my utv. This took a couple of days however as I could not find my model number on the utv. Apparently {?} the previous owner removed the metal ID tag that stated this info. Hassle of solving evolved and after much analyzing and collaboration, I {we} got it figured out and my last order had all the parts my machine needed / required. So my advice to others is to get your parts from the correct model numbers diagram, hopefully your utv will still have this metal id tag on it. This will save you a big headache later, trust me. As far as this company's website and their email support? It was good ...in the end, I really didn't understand how many different models they service and support and it's in the several 100's. With that being said, Debby was patient and I probably was not! My apologies to her as she listened and I was frustrated and didn't.. Hope my experience and review helps others. Our family project was completed and before our goal of Xmas '23. Great help from Debbie and Ken here at GKRU. It took over 10 orders to get everything down pat as we gingerly ordered parts in stages. This was a complete salvage and a $10 garage sale now made into what I would say is worth several hundreds and even more to the joy on our kids faces. My order was over $200.00 so i got free shipping... well supposedly?. I guess one of the parts "driven pulley part# 16541" that incurred a shipping add-on (or some wording like that). So not so free after all. Still happy and better deal than anywhere else. Will purchase again when need be.
My wife actually found this site for me and that was kind of embarrassing as I just always ordered from AM Sportworks direct, thinking it doesn't get any better than that!? So now I eat crow, this place has the best pricing and they come through every time. I see some of our shipments do actually come from American Sportworks, or I guess they're called Landmasters now. So they apparently work hand in hand which is cool for me as I get slightly better pricing and the same great service. Bookmarked and remembered, have a good night people.

We have 2 side-by-side's and take them on week-long Summer & early Fall trips, the kids have theirs and my husband and I lead the pack in ours. We don't abuse them in any way, but they do require maintenance stuff and GoKartsRus has always supplied our needs and for almost 3 years now.

Had to return a part and the process was easy, include your order number in the email and you will receive a RMA number to put on your label. You can use any service you wish, you pay for the return and I used UPS Ground. Refund was issued the day they received it which was better than normal online shops or co's.. Will shop here again when my Son says he needs some more parts which hopefully is not real soon LOL.
Had to return my entire order due to a family emergancy issue. They took it back but I was charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. I contacted them and that is the policy and yes, it is shown in the site agreement terms that you do check off when placing an order here. So be careful and make sure you don't need to return the parts you order. Other than that this is a great site and they do ship fast so my review is mixed. I prolly will order again but will do so more carefully.

Note that this starts their busy season and things don't go as smooth as the dead of winter. Makes sense as most folks park their machines and get them out in the Spring. We use an UTV by American Landmasters at our races for debris recovery and have always had problems with a good reliable (constant!) source for parts. Not anymore, this is bookmarked as our only spot to purchase these hard to find parts. Much appreciated people!

If you checkout as a guest and need to return a part you need to email them cuz you won't have an account to pull up the order that has the part on it you need to return. I have since made an account and I can now do a return right from it so I think its wise but your choice people. Jus my 2 cents.
I took about a week to build up my list of parts needed. Ended up being about 20 items, mostly small parts, but!, the total hit the 200 dollar mark so I received free shipping. I also opted for basic shipping and was pleasantly surprised when they shipped the order and it stated it was sent via USPS Priority. Super Cool and the box arrived in only 2 days. Ordered 14850 parking brake cable agreed to as noted back ordered in november and just arrived end of february. It said it was coming from china and it would be a lengthy wait and it was but nobody else had this cable either. So all good and thank you for the tracking which I was pleasantly surprised when that dropped in my mailbox.
Went up to Canada for a SxS rumble, had a slight mishap with a tree that wouldnt move out of our way lol. I ordered the parts thru the lodges wifi as we airplane mode there, worked but was slightly nervous and I wanted to get rid of the embarrassment quickly, The parts were sitting there at my Michigan home/doorstep when I pulled in the driveway. I needed a Part# 4325H (Hex Axle) for a very old Manco Go-Cart, it wasn't published on their site. I contacted them on a whim and to my surprise they had one from some old inventory they purchased from a dealer who they bought out. I received the 4325H hex axle within a week and it looks perfect. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt my multiple orders placed here in the past deserve some attention. My story; I have 3 teenage boys (probably enough said right?) and my wife and I started go-cart projects for each one, building (or rebuilding) these carts has been a chore but a worthwhile one. I'd say the "building" was just as much as character within each of my Sons. Every day research was done and incorporated within our now taken over 1/2 of our 2 car garage. We live in the (Country) burbs in North Texas, and have a hard packed almost desert like land to ride together within reach of our backyard, so I figured this family project would be fun and fit us perfectly!.
And... It was!
But ....... very challenging and at times with not only the now poor or low source for some imported components, but also the discontinued (by the manufacturer) challenges. This is where Debbie and Brenda from 'Go-Karts R us' helped us out immensely. They went well over and above to try to find us some of our missing parts. My wife was amazed at how this company attended to our needs and seemed truly involved in our project, our emails were always answered back if not that same day, the very next morning. So my typing inspiration was actually my wife's fault, and I thought I should share our story, albeit a bit chopped up because in reality there is so much to talk about in so little time.
I made my account here on our very first order, and can trace my orders on the logged in panel, I have 26 orders to date and everyone of them has been exactly what I ordered and needed. Once; I over ordered on some bearings, but instead of returning them (which I could of easily) I kept them for spares as they matched up on 2 of our machines. My story continues but I'll spare you the rest, but I want to give both Brenda and Debbie at this Company KUDOS! Thank you so much!
I've ordered 5 times from go-kartsRus, only once did I have a backorder and the package did not come to me within approx ~5~ days. I have also tried a couple of competitor sites with WAY worse results, we won't comment on those messes.
I understand some of these parts are getting scarce as the manufacturer keeps getting bought out, new owner comes in etc. but c'mon man!
So Go-karts'R'us (and easy to remember like the Toys'R' us Co.) is about the best you'll get for American sportworks parts. But, let it be known that some of these parts are just getting very hard to come by and you may have to buy elsewhere because of availability or lack thereof. If a part doesn't come up in your site lookup, email them the part# and ask for possible availability. Worked out once for me and failed also once. okay, they tried their best I guess.

Landmaster sent me here for a 17919 CV drive belt as they were sold out. I ordered one today and now/later I see they are out as well, site now states BACK-ORDER. Whew!!!!! Just in the nick of time I guess, and crossing my fingers on this as my UTV isn't going anywhere without this key part. I have an old Manco Aerforce Go-Cart. It's hard to get parts for this and I find the best way is to email this company prior and they can let you know if the part is actually in stock. Oh, and you will need to talk part# with them, they will not know or respond to the parts description, I guess that's too much of a possible error thing so they talk part number only. Good Luck.
I am rebuilding an old manco silver fox go cart for my kids. This place has been super helpful and have provided me with most of the parts I was needing. Note that this model has been discontinued for quite some time and parts are just super hard to find for it. I would say if you are having a manco cart project, this is a great place to be. My Sons Manco Go-Kart takes a 4335 Centrifugal Clutch and this seems to be a big wear and tear part. After talking with them via email, they gave me tips on lubricating the bushing on the clutch. Knock on wood, I haven't had to order another one of these in 6 Mos!. In the past my kid would burn through this 4335 clutch part in about a Month. My kids use to drive me crazy while driving by their store on Rte 14 North just outside of Geneva. They would have 10 (or more) of these little power cars parked out close to the road. We finally purchased one back in the early 2000's and I have since passed it on to my children's, children; aka my grandchildren. How time fly's and good to see they are still in business, however their store is now a window and door outlet. Covid has sure changed a lot of things.

So I am rebuilding the brake system on a 2005 Brister Chuck Wagon for a buddy of mine. Even though there are items I recently ordered on back order, and after a phone call about the issue, they are still willing to try and get it sorted out for me. I have a model 7151 Carbide Go-Cart by American Sportworks. These were popular back in the day and parts were easy to find. Not so anymore :-( but I have found this place and they seem to still have a lot of the parts which is a huge help. So far, I've placed 3 orders and have nothing significant to add other that you place the order, it arrives maybe 4 days later and my Cart is back up and running again. Had to return 2 parts and it was painless but use email and get a Rma number. My refund came the same day they received it back and a lot of companies play with your money for days, if not more, but not so here. It would be 5 stars if they answered the phones and I didnt have to do email for this.

You get your parts manual which has blueprint like illustrations to easily get the part number you need, type that number into this sites search box and bam, you click it and add it to your shopping cart, checkout is a breeze and you will have the parts pretty darn fast as well. It won't pay to order a dollar part here as shipping costs will kill you, but if you get enough parts to make the order cost effective shipping is a real deal! it is a great site overall.
Super good folks here. I had a return and it was no problem at all but get a RA number from them before you ship back. I use the contact email button and it worked good. Had a response back the next day with address and that RA that you will need to have on the label. I went to my UPS store and they took care of all of this and that was also super easy. Will buy again from here.

I inquired about an expensive part of over 1 grand and asked if they had a payment plan available. Debbie S. from their office set me up with a Paypal invoice through pay later and actually f you pay it off in 6 months there is no interest charges. I had never done this before with that company but it worked out perfectly. So you would need to contact them if you need to do this payment plan. Hope this helps and enjoy your day!
Was sent here by American Land Master for some so called obsolete parts. Called first a couple of times and rang busy and voice mail said to email them from a contact link on site. Did that and they responded they had the 2 parts and I ordered through our company Paypal. All was good and parts came in quickly with tracking which was great! It's a rainy Sunday so here I am, reading reviews on this site as my husband watches football. Most reviews seem exceptionally good so I rolled the dice in placing a $442 order here. I got free shipping so that is a major plus already. Will report back on any hiccups....... but, hopefully not!!!!!
We have 4 Landmaster UTV's and found this place to not only have the cheapest prices but also the best order to receiving end service. Rarely do we get a back-order and the follow up has been excellent. We understand that since Covid, things coming from China is a nightmare. These folks do there best to smooth that out, granted sometimes it's a few emails back and forth but always a response and solution from them. Needed manco part 4925 wheel half. These guys are the only ones who still had them, They were a little rusty-ish but overall I'm so happy to find these wheels, They are probably discontiued from the 90's I'm thinking? They were new just had some stock holding age and yes they are steel wheels so I expected that from what I saw in the pictures on their website. Appreciate to get them in hand. :=)

I used email and had a response for all my inquiries. I did try phone first but soon found out that this was a tall task, Kinda tha norm anymore I suppose, and I understand to get the lowest prices you nix a few things here or there to accomplish. So my order went smoothly but I did have a back order part on it as apparently I didn't place the order quick enough after I emailed, kind my fault I guess and they did say to me that some of the parts I asked about were getting low on inventory. Oh well, so now I wait for the b/o to come in I guess, at least they sent the other 3 parts and they came in fine.

Shipping cost goes down the higher your order value so we try to build up our orders to achieve these lower shipping charges. It works, but you have to be patient enough and sometimes you can't wait for that part and have to pull the trigger. All of our past orders were filled and shipped promptly, some were even drop shipped at a better price than what the shipper posted. So overall very happy with Go-Karts R us.

Make sure you have it in no later than 10am Eestern time zone. Earlier the better of course. I found out that the pickup is 11am-ish up to Noon. I now shoot for 8AM and have had great luck with a tracking email within an hour or so. Cheers all.
I live in Poland and I receive parcel in 10 days and have to paid duty tax. avoid this company Andrzej

We're very sorry to hear this. I see UPS Worldwide delivered your order within 6 in-transit-days, but unfortunately, we have no control over the Customs and/or Duties [fees] imposed by the receiving Country.
I was hesitant at first, but this site had the best prices so I nervously placed a 650$ order. I didn't receive tracking until the 2nd day later so I contacted them and they responded that this size order may take an additional day to pick and pack. I was feeling a bit better, tracking was emailed then the following day and the order then arrived safely a couple days later all okay. Not sure why I was so paranoid, after all; I did pay thru PayPal so I was covered. All worked out and would recommend this site. Thank you
