They do not take purchase orders as payment so that was a snag for me, as I purchase for a BOCES School and we use PO's billed to our District. I finally got clearance to use a Credit Card and the order was shipped the next day. So overall I will reorder as these are the lowest prices and my supervisor will approve that every time.

I was amazed at the tracking these guys have, I'd expect it from giants like Amazon, but I found the same great tracking here and I could also opt in on text tracking messages (which I did). We have 2 side-by-side's and take them on week-long Summer & early Fall trips, the kids have theirs and my husband and I lead the pack in ours. We don't abuse them in any way, but they do require maintenance stuff and GoKartsRus has always supplied our needs and for almost 3 years now.
We had a couple of back-orders here or there, but they've always come through and we totally trust them. We had a credit (refund) come in on the exact day of our return being received by them. It was back ordered everywhere!, but I called them at 315.670.1410. and received a recording to email them instead, okay I thought, this is now the norm on how things get done in America. I ordered a 54 tooth sprocket but a 52 was delivered. Email company and they send a retuen label at no charge with tracking. So, I wantched the package and it was refunded in full the very day they received it. Not many companies do that so I was influenced to write this, 4 starz only cuz of the initial goofup. Problem!: I had the incorrect parts manual for my utv machine, so I ordered a few parts and some did not fit. After several emails with a Ms Debby, she directed me to the correct parts diagram for my utv. This took a couple of days however as I could not find my model number on the utv. Apparently {?} the previous owner removed the metal ID tag that stated this info. Hassle of solving evolved and after much analyzing and collaboration, I {we} got it figured out and my last order had all the parts my machine needed / required. So my advice to others is to get your parts from the correct model numbers diagram, hopefully your utv will still have this metal id tag on it. This will save you a big headache later, trust me. As far as this company's website and their email support? It was good ...in the end, I really didn't understand how many different models they service and support and it's in the several 100's. With that being said, Debby was patient and I probably was not! My apologies to her as she listened and I was frustrated and didn't.. Hope my experience and review helps others. Good system here. Another site wanted to sell me my parts manual, I emailed these guys my model number and they returned the email with a free PDF manual (from the factory). Worked perfectly and my order was received today in excellent shape. They have a checklist/packinglist included in the order that a real human that initials and checks each part off. This is my now go to site for parts and will be ordering again in teh future A+ UPDATE//// I see the parst manuals are all online for instant downloading and I don't see where they cost anything: best way I found is to just enter in your Model# into their search box and select it from there. I'd take my Cousins there and we'd sit in all the buggies, we even got to take test rides back in the day but later they said insurance nixed that. This place was AWESOME!!! They had everything including a Tru Value hardware. We dearly miss it and the staff was awesome too, we knew Carol Hendrickson personally who was the sales manager there. Now-a-days? I see a HEP Bargain window and door company in there, it looks like a mess from the outside, even worse on the inside. You can tell the new owners just don't care. SAD SAD SAD, and to be honest, this use to be a LANDMARK in Geneva..... Now it's just an eye sorer! :(

I called here and the woman said to email them the part numbers and they would research them to see if they could still get any or all of them. My husband has me do all the ordering and we have nothing but good to say about Gokartsrus.com LLC. Couple quick stories in my testimonial. We have 4 children and all are almost every day karting "hobbyists". So we as parents use our 2 karts as kind of leverage, like in doing or not doing your chores. I know a lot of parents use cell phones as weight on this subject, but we don't want to take that away as we want or need to communicate with our teenage children. So we found these recreational karts as the best leverage. We keep them in the garage under lock and key with a careful eye when we have someone on "kart probation" Our method seems to work quite well, as a whole day (or more) without riding privilege's just seems to hit their weak spot........okay, back to our review; we had a wrong size gear sprocket on one of our orders, it was confusing as everything is directed to part numbers and not as descriptive references. Anyways it was handled in an efficient manor. Deb is wonderful and I will now only always ask for her if I have another problem.

I'm retired from the US Marine Corps and I now find a little R&R while playing on my almost 2 yr old American Landmaster L7 4wd SXS. I went through a Driver Pulley Clutch under warranty and they covered it with no problems. After the warranty was out, I burned through the Driven Pulley and a throttle cable, looked high and wide and found this site....... they had the part discounted and less than anywhere else!. The pully wheel was heavy and required some additional shipping, no problem; as it was still a better deal than anywhere else and believe it of not, it was received in 4 days and installed in-time before a weekend adventure out to Cape Cod. We were recommended by the seller to this company as our trusted parts resource and they had the brand parts we would need (VERY Important!). So googling around, I found this place and just placed our second order in 2 Mos. The system is easy, but you will need your part manual because you pick parts by part#. We had our manuals as the 2 models are identical and we retained the paperwork, but I also see you can download them here as well. Totally understand, and their email is great, my responses have all been within the 24hrs {that they claim as maximum response time}. Sent them an email of this and asked if I could get a discounted shipping cost on the 2nd sequential order? I run a business that sells and delivers Provisions (food & beverage) out to the docks for several million$ luxury yachts. We (now) use these LandMasters UTV's with rear decks/beds and tow behind trailers as it works best on crowded docks especially with taxi's and limo's hogging the passthru lanes. With that being said, we cannot have any hiccups in our service and depend on these machines dearly. I contacted "Gokarts r us" of our goals and needs and they have assisted us each time. So, they list their Check-out shipping options as "Best way" and "Priority". We use the Priority, but, have contacted them (i believe his name was Kevin) and got Overnite shipping on a couple of parts. So, they will work with you but expect those services to not come 'cheap'.... and, a word that doesn't really exist in our vocabulary LOL!! 5 Starz!

I've ordered 5 times from go-kartsRus, only once did I have a backorder and the package did not come to me within approx ~5~ days. I have also tried a couple of competitor sites with WAY worse results, we won't comment on those messes.
I understand some of these parts are getting scarce as the manufacturer keeps getting bought out, new owner comes in etc. but c'mon man!
So Go-karts'R'us (and easy to remember like the Toys'R' us Co.) is about the best you'll get for American sportworks parts. But, let it be known that some of these parts are just getting very hard to come by and you may have to buy elsewhere because of availability or lack thereof. If a part doesn't come up in your site lookup, email them the part# and ask for possible availability. Worked out once for me and failed also once. okay, they tried their best I guess.

Don't be dazzled by all the "glitter" on the site. You simply type in your desired part number into the sites search box and if it is still available it will come up. Sometimes you will see a "DISCONTINUED" displayed but, it may still be available, you need to look for a "Add to Cart" button, then you're good to go. If no Cart button then the part is gone and you need to start your google process. We've had pretty good luck here and with my husband that keeps picking up these roadside deals, I'm in charge of ordering the parts on "HIS" repurposing and rebuilding kart projects. Don't speculate or guess on parts!!
Seems like the manufacturers of these buggies make "their parts" a tad different or proprietary to their BRAND and MODEL. I have found few parts that are generic and seem to fit different or multiple buggies, but most are going to be exact for that brand and model. I service these for customers and sometimes have peeps drop off their machines with a part they find on ebay and expect them to fit. Well tbh, 9 out of 10 times they do not!. So this is my goto site for manco and american sportworks and I usually buy the parts here or if the customer insists on getting the parts themselves I send them to here. I have found these parts to be genuine OEM and perfectly fit the model taht they are intended to go on !> which resorts back to how I started this statement hint hint.

SO.... FIRST up, I passed over this site several times prior because of the name..... I thought this was a Russian company because of the name ending in Rus... usually in email addresses this indicates the email comes from Russia (spam city).

Landmaster sent me here for a 17919 CV drive belt as they were sold out. I ordered one today and now/later I see they are out as well, site now states BACK-ORDER. Whew!!!!! Just in the nick of time I guess, and crossing my fingers on this as my UTV isn't going anywhere without this key part. They sold out of my $186 part and contacted me after saying that they can't get it restocked (from China) now for possibly a few Months!!!.
I know Covid has fubared the China shipping, and understand that as I do watch the news, but really? It's just not acceptable in this day and age to have to wait "several months". I did get an immediate full refund, but I'd avoid these guys !!!!!

Once I found my parts manual on the site, it was a breeze to pick out my parts needed. I had to email them first as I did not know how or where to find them, but they responded back with a free downloadable link to my buggies manual. NOTE!: You will need to know your model number of you machine, after my initial emailing, I found out there was like 20 "revisions" of the model by name, so I had to go back to look at my Buggy (physically) and found the name plate along with the (worthless) serial number. I say worthless on teh serial number because apparently the Manufacturer never logged this number to cross it with the actual model! (hmmm?)
Anyways, all said and done it was a very easy process. Go Karts-R-us had the best pricing, and they shipped all my parts to my house within a week easily. So good experience all around, just know your numbers! lol. That is your Buggies model number, then with the help of your parts manual (which has like a blueprint image of your buggy parts/areas) you will be able to key in all your part numbers and set the quantities of each. Oh yeah, key-in meaning I use the search box with the part# entered, I'm sure there's other ways but this is quick and easy.
I hope this may help some people in the future. Happy trails, and I'm off going mudding! :)

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt my multiple orders placed here in the past deserve some attention. My story; I have 3 teenage boys (probably enough said right?) and my wife and I started go-cart projects for each one, building (or rebuilding) these carts has been a chore but a worthwhile one. I'd say the "building" was just as much as character within each of my Sons. Every day research was done and incorporated within our now taken over 1/2 of our 2 car garage. We live in the (Country) burbs in North Texas, and have a hard packed almost desert like land to ride together within reach of our backyard, so I figured this family project would be fun and fit us perfectly!.
And... It was!
But ....... very challenging and at times with not only the now poor or low source for some imported components, but also the discontinued (by the manufacturer) challenges. This is where Debbie and Brenda from 'Go-Karts R us' helped us out immensely. They went well over and above to try to find us some of our missing parts. My wife was amazed at how this company attended to our needs and seemed truly involved in our project, our emails were always answered back if not that same day, the very next morning. So my typing inspiration was actually my wife's fault, and I thought I should share our story, albeit a bit chopped up because in reality there is so much to talk about in so little time.
I made my account here on our very first order, and can trace my orders on the logged in panel, I have 26 orders to date and everyone of them has been exactly what I ordered and needed. Once; I over ordered on some bearings, but instead of returning them (which I could of easily) I kept them for spares as they matched up on 2 of our machines. My story continues but I'll spare you the rest, but I want to give both Brenda and Debbie at this Company KUDOS! Thank you so much!
