Superior contact, but all thru email as I understand to keep part prices and costs down {to uphold these discounted prices}... that's what they have to do!..... Totally understand, and their email is great, my responses have all been within the 24hrs {that they claim as maximum response time}. So my order story is short, but no real quick lol: I placed an order on Sunday morning, then found I needed a couple more parts and placed another order after that original one. Sent them an email of this and asked if I could get a discounted shipping cost on the 2nd sequential order? They did better than that and refunded me the ENTIRE shipping costs on the 2nd order ....they emailed me back and said "No problems Mr. Williams, your order hasn't been picked and packed yet and we can combine them and save you the entire shipping costs on that 2nd order!" WOWZA, you don't get that much anymore in America, once someone has your money they don't wanna give it up, but not so here. I want to thank "Ken" who took care of this for me. Customer Service is superb, and you have a devoted Customer for life :)

Impressively they still had my old Manco go-cart parts that I needed!!! These parts a VERY hard to find anymore. Shipping was pricey as I decided to get rush-priority, I received parts in 3 days noting we live in Texas and tracking showed package came out of New York. If you purchase a lot, shipping is cheap or actually nadda, but if you only need a small ubolt or something, then the shipping is high. So buy enough to bring the shipping down. These guys seem quite dependable at least for the 2 or 3 orders I have places so far. hey!, going riding :)

We acquired the go-cart "bug" while vacationing in Ocean City MD. in 2021 Coming home we found several back yard carts for sale on FB-Marketplace and we jumped right in purchasing 2. We were recommended by the seller to this company as our trusted parts resource and they had the brand parts we would need (VERY Important!). We've only had to place 2 orders so far and all has been exceptionally correct and good. I would only recommend to others "jumping" into this sport to make sure you get machines you can get parts for, yes, this is quite important and hopefully you don't find this out the hard way. Bottom line: We are having a ball, it's a great stress reliever especially after a busy work week, and I can take my frustrations out and they are entirely ridded for the weekend.

I like that you can now instant down-load your parts manuals, before you had to checkout with a purchase ($0) to get them, much easier now, good job to your IT dept. Talking with Debbie on the phone, which by the way is NOT so easy as they don't tender to the phone very much, but she was super HELPFUL and NICE! So 5 stars but ...... due to the hard to get ahold on the phone gets them down to 4 stars. Their email reply is excellent btw, and Debbie said that this is your best contact way, and this helps to offset the lower prices, She also mentioned that they could hire 20 employees just to answer phones but the offset tp pay this would be retail pricing. Everything I needed for my American Sportsworks BD200 small utility vehicle was found easily by putting in my part number in their Search box. If you don't have the required parts manual for your model, you can email them and they will get you it for no charge.

Good system here. Another site wanted to sell me my parts manual, I emailed these guys my model number and they returned the email with a free PDF manual (from the factory). Worked perfectly and my order was received today in excellent shape. They have a checklist/packinglist included in the order that a real human that initials and checks each part off. This is my now go to site for parts and will be ordering again in teh future A+ UPDATE//// I see the parst manuals are all online for instant downloading and I don't see where they cost anything: best way I found is to just enter in your Model# into their search box and select it from there. Very nice GKRU!!!!!

So I am rebuilding the brake system on a 2005 Brister Chuck Wagon for a buddy of mine. Even though there are items I recently ordered on back order, and after a phone call about the issue, they are still willing to try and get it sorted out for me. I've ordered 5 times from go-kartsRus, only once did I have a backorder and the package did not come to me within approx ~5~ days. I have also tried a couple of competitor sites with WAY worse results, we won't comment on those messes. I understand some of these parts are getting scarce as the manufacturer keeps getting bought out, new owner comes in etc. but c'mon man! So Go-karts'R'us (and easy to remember like the Toys'R' us Co.) is about the best you'll get for American sportworks parts. But, let it be known that some of these parts are just getting very hard to come by and you may have to buy elsewhere because of availability or lack thereof. If a part doesn't come up in your site lookup, email them the part# and ask for possible availability. Worked out once for me and failed also once. okay, they tried their best I guess. :::::::: Gave 4 stars out of 5 ::::::: cuz 4 out of my 5 orders came quick, the other so called backordered one took almost 2 weeks! :( oh well, at least I got it and I understand it was a (now) discontinued part.

About as straightforward as it gets. You get your parts manual which has blueprint like illustrations to easily get the part number you need, type that number into this sites search box and bam, you click it and add it to your shopping cart, checkout is a breeze and you will have the parts pretty darn fast as well. I was hesitant at first, but this site had the best prices so I nervously placed a 650$ order. I didn't receive tracking until the 2nd day later so I contacted them and they responded that this size order may take an additional day to pick and pack. I was feeling a bit better, tracking was emailed then the following day and the order then arrived safely a couple days later all okay. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt my multiple orders placed here in the past deserve some attention. My story; I have 3 teenage boys (probably enough said right?) and my wife and I started go-cart projects for each one, building (or rebuilding) these carts has been a chore but a worthwhile one. I'd say the "building" was just as much as character within each of my Sons. Every day research was done and incorporated within our now taken over 1/2 of our 2 car garage. We live in the (Country) burbs in North Texas, and have a hard packed almost desert like land to ride together within reach of our backyard, so I figured this family project would be fun and fit us perfectly!. And... It was! But ....... very challenging and at times with not only the now poor or low source for some imported components, but also the discontinued (by the manufacturer) challenges. This is where Debbie and Brenda from 'Go-Karts R us' helped us out immensely. They went well over and above to try to find us some of our missing parts. My wife was amazed at how this company attended to our needs and seemed truly involved in our project, our emails were always answered back if not that same day, the very next morning. So my typing inspiration was actually my wife's fault, and I thought I should share our story, albeit a bit chopped up because in reality there is so much to talk about in so little time. I made my account here on our very first order, and can trace my orders on the logged in panel, I have 26 orders to date and everyone of them has been exactly what I ordered and needed. Once; I over ordered on some bearings, but instead of returning them (which I could of easily) I kept them for spares as they matched up on 2 of our machines. My story continues but I'll spare you the rest, but I want to give both Brenda and Debbie at this Company KUDOS! Thank you so much!

SO.... FIRST up, I passed over this site several times prior because of the name..... I thought this was a Russian company because of the name ending in Rus... usually in email addresses this indicates the email comes from Russia (spam city).

Once I found my parts manual on the site, it was a breeze to pick out my parts needed. I had to email them first as I did not know how or where to find them, but they responded back with a free downloadable link to my buggies manual. NOTE!: You will need to know your model number of you machine, after my initial emailing, I found out there was like 20 "revisions" of the model by name, so I had to go back to look at my Buggy (physically) and found the name plate along with the (worthless) serial number. I say worthless on teh serial number because apparently the Manufacturer never logged this number to cross it with the actual model! (hmmm?) Anyways, all said and done it was a very easy process. Go Karts-R-us had the best pricing, and they shipped all my parts to my house within a week easily. So good experience all around, just know your numbers! lol. That is your Buggies model number, then with the help of your parts manual (which has like a blueprint image of your buggy parts/areas) you will be able to key in all your part numbers and set the quantities of each. Oh yeah, key-in meaning I use the search box with the part# entered, I'm sure there's other ways but this is quick and easy. I hope this may help some people in the future.
