We acquired the go-cart "bug" while vacationing in Ocean City MD. in 2021 Coming home we found several back yard carts for sale on FB-Marketplace and we jumped right in purchasing 2. We were recommended by the seller to this company as our trusted parts resource and they had the brand parts we would need (VERY Important!). We've only had to place 2 orders so far and all has been exceptionally correct and good. I would only recommend to others "jumping" into this sport to make sure you get machines you can get parts for, yes, this is quite important and hopefully you don't find this out the hard way. Bottom line: We are having a ball, it's a great stress reliever especially after a busy work week, and I can take my frustrations out and they are entirely ridded for the weekend.

Parts are a real pita to get for this now antiquated model. Nobody and I mean NOBODY has parts for them anymore. But here at gokarts r us we have found some success. It's not a world beater by any means but it is a glimpse of hope. Luckily my husband is a welder and we can fabricate a lot of the parts ourselves, we then inquire, yes by email people, about some part numbers that we can't make. We have had a few surprises where this company has actually found some of these parts for us. I'd say this is over and above service as some have taken a few weeks for them to even research it.

My Sons Manco Go-Kart takes a 4335 Centrifugal Clutch and this seems to be a big wear and tear part. After talking with them via email, they gave me tips on lubricating the bushing on the clutch. Knock on wood, I haven't had to order another one of these in 6 Mos!. In the past my kid would burn through this 4335 clutch part in about a Month. Crossing fingers and Thank you to the support team here.
Debby took care of me and gave me some tips on how to extend the life of my 4335 centrifugal clutch...... that always seemed to burn out way to early!. I think I will be good to go for much longer periods now and appreciate the insider tips.
Looks like my CV shaft was drop shipped from Landmaster in Indiana. Im good with this as I still received a better price by ordering here. Kind of Strange as my other couple of orders came from their NY warehouse so this is/was new. I'm tracking it as I write this review and will comment back if any issues. Crossing fingers
Its VERY important that you order FROM the correct part manual for YOUR machine (its all done by model number of your unit/kart/atv/utv etc.. Otherwise....... you will get incorrect parts, period. After reading through these reviews, I see and hear about getting/receiving incorrect parts, well, this would not be the case if they (you?) use the correct method of finding and ordering your parts. I laugh when I read "they sent me the wrong part!" when generally it is more like "I ORDERED THE WRONG PART!". There is a difference people and if it's the fault of the company, they will pay the return shipping, so stop crying about the fact that they do not pay for return shipping. They do...... if it's there fault!. So if "You" order the incorrect part and yes, it's on you to return it as it should be. Let's get this straight people! ????
We use an UTV by American Landmasters at our races for debris recovery and have always had problems with a good reliable (constant!) source for parts. Not anymore, this is bookmarked as our only spot to purchase these hard to find parts. Much appreciated people!

Needed manco part 4925 wheel half. These guys are the only ones who still had them, They were a little rusty-ish but overall I'm so happy to find these wheels, They are probably discontiued from the 90's I'm thinking? They were new just had some stock holding age and yes they are steel wheels so I expected that from what I saw in the pictures on their website. Appreciate to get them in hand. :=)

We have an American Landmasters UTV BD700 and use this site exclusively for maintenance parts. Never an issue and I'd highly recommend for your Land master part needs.
I recommend this site but not American Landmaster Co. or that companies past names in general (Manco, American Sportworks). The problem is that they don't continue parts for their older models/lines, they drop these foreign made parts in favor of the new models. So 5 stars for this discount parts site, 1 star for Landmasters and that is my review/ average, and that is also based on this site selling those parts from/for this other company. My advice: Support the models you have sold in the past!

We purchased 2 Landmaster UTV's for use around our dairy farm in 2020. We now required some parts here in 2023, not complaining at all!. So googling around, I found this place and just placed our second order in 2 Mos. The system is easy, but you will need your part manual because you pick parts by part#. We had our manuals as the 2 models are identical and we retained the paperwork, but I also see you can download them here as well. Very nice folks, also to note!..... we used the quantity buyers program on both orders and saved even more money. My kids hobbies always bring me in and involved especially when it costs money. This site is the cheapest on Landmaster parts and we had a return once on a drive shaft part, it was big and heavy and cost me 34 bucks to return. So be careful of what you order but this company is very good at taking care of you. Returns is always a concern so be careful and get the right part the first time :-)

I used email and had a response for all my inquiries. I did try phone first but soon found out that this was a tall task, Kinda tha norm anymore I suppose, and I understand to get the lowest prices you nix a few things here or there to accomplish. So my order went smoothly but I did have a back order part on it as apparently I didn't place the order quick enough after I emailed, kind my fault I guess and they did say to me that some of the parts I asked about were getting low on inventory. Oh well, so now I wait for the b/o to come in I guess, at least they sent the other 3 parts and they came in fine.
*IF* a part doesn't show up on typing in the part number, email them the part# and they may be able to get it for you. They did for me and thought I'd suggest this little hidden gem. Appreciate the effort and will continue to buy all my Manco cart parts here.
I run a business that sells and delivers Provisions (food & beverage) out to the docks for several million$ luxury yachts. We (now) use these LandMasters UTV's with rear decks/beds and tow behind trailers as it works best on crowded docks especially with taxi's and limo's hogging the passthru lanes. With that being said, we cannot have any hiccups in our service and depend on these machines dearly. I contacted "Gokarts r us" of our goals and needs and they have assisted us each time. So, they list their Check-out shipping options as "Best way" and "Priority". We use the Priority, but, have contacted them (i believe his name was Kevin) and got Overnite shipping on a couple of parts. So, they will work with you but expect those services to not come 'cheap'.... and, a word that doesn't really exist in our vocabulary LOL!! 5 Starz!
Don't be dazzled by all the "glitter" on the site. You simply type in your desired part number into the sites search box and if it is still available it will come up. Sometimes you will see a "DISCONTINUED" displayed but, it may still be available, you need to look for a "Add to Cart" button, then you're good to go. If no Cart button then the part is gone and you need to start your google process. We've had pretty good luck here and with my husband that keeps picking up these roadside deals, I'm in charge of ordering the parts on "HIS" repurposing and rebuilding kart projects. I highly recommend this site and they've never let us down.

We repair some of these American Sportworks and Landmaster machines for customers. We highly recommend this company for genuine OEM parts...... which is important! In the past we use to buy "generic" parts which was a complete nightmare. A few would fit, not any would last. This place however has the good parts that are OEM (original manufacturer made parts) and trust me this is worth it. The frustration with the cheap chinese parts is not worth the frustration, even on Amazon ther's just plain junky cheap parts. So overall; Just not worth it so save your time and money and buy genuine parts and they are here!. Thank you folks and please post this @ !

Was sent here by American Land Master for some so called obsolete parts. Called first a couple of times and rang busy and voice mail said to email them from a contact link on site. Did that and they responded they had the 2 parts and I ordered through our company Paypal. All was good and parts came in quickly with tracking which was great! I was hesitant at first, but this site had the best prices so I nervously placed a 650$ order. I didn't receive tracking until the 2nd day later so I contacted them and they responded that this size order may take an additional day to pick and pack. We tried ordering these parts on eBay with not so great of luck. Most were imitation CHEAP knockoff parts that would fail within a short amount of time. I ordered a drive belt part 5959 from an amazon supplier, price was very low but it did last not my kids go cart even 1 week. Then I found this site with a review that popped up on google from a customer here saying that these are the real deal and not the cheap rubber ones. Well so far I may have to concur, the Oem belt from here has been on since March and still looks good. Moral to this story is sometimes you get what you pay for and there is a cheap knockoff out there that IMHO is not worth the time to change out so frequently. Noting some shipments ordered from here will actually come from Landmaster in Indiana, but most have shipped from New York? so this looks like the main shipping warehouse for them, either way it's prompt service. I use this sites forum and have been for a contributor there for several years, i just placed an order (here) last week and it arrived that same week. Impressed and glad I came over from the forum side to see what was available for my go-cart. PS; those cheap ebay parts are horrible, don't even bother, they are chinese junk!
Our family rides primarily in the western Texas dunes and we just happen to need parts quite often, at least it seems like it anyways. My husband and 2 Sons are the aggressive ones with all that jumping stuff and it takes it's toll. We usually have a broken link arm or at least a snapped tie rod on every weekend adventure. This Go Karts R us site ahs always taken care of our needs. I or we have 2 Landmaster Utv buggies. Our parts manuals PDF is on my homepage for quick reference. Once you get the hang of it, picking a part that is broken comes naturally. At first I was a bit hesitant, and, I did order a few wrong parts in the past in which this company took care of with refunds minus a restocking fee. This seems to be the norm in this industry and I understand this or these parts are not "over the counter department store items" LOL. I think I ripped that off of one of their customer service statements.

Don't speculate or guess on parts!! Seems like the manufacturers of these buggies make "their parts" a tad different or proprietary to their BRAND and MODEL. I have found few parts that are generic and seem to fit different or multiple buggies, but most are going to be exact for that brand and model. I service these for customers and sometimes have peeps drop off their machines with a part they find on ebay and expect them to fit. Well tbh, 9 out of 10 times they do not!. So this is my goto site for manco and american sportworks and I usually buy the parts here or if the customer insists on getting the parts themselves I send them to here. I have found these parts to be genuine OEM and perfectly fit the model taht they are intended to go on !> which resorts back to how I started this statement hint hint.

Needed a 16966 steering spindle. Found and ordered it here. Shipping cost was additional 20$ but still way cheaper than other sites. I received the box in 3 total days and it looks like it was drop shipped from American Landmasters. They must have a direct line with them as this was an excellent turnaround. Had to return a part and it was easy but couldnt get them on phone so i emailed and Brenda took care of me. Return shipping is not free unless its there fault being they send you a part you did not order. They still have the best prices if you need these utility vehicle parts. My lesson learned is to be careful on ordering your parts and dont revert the part number around or you will get somethig that you do not need or want.
US based company selling mostly Chinese made parts. Nothing new here but I'm placing my order mainly b/c I need these parts for my AMERICAN Landmasters Side by side.

We miss their storefront on Rte 14 North I'd take my Cousins there and we'd sit in all the buggies, we even got to take test rides back in the day but later they said insurance nixed that. This place was AWESOME!!! They had everything including a Tru Value hardware. We dearly miss it and the staff was awesome too, we knew Carol Hendrickson personally who was the sales manager there. Now-a-days? I see a HEP Bargain window and door company in there, it looks like a mess from the outside, even worse on the inside. You can tell the new owners just don't care. SAD SAD SAD, and to be honest, this use to be a LANDMARK in Geneva..... Now it's just an eye sorer! :(
About as straightforward as it gets. You get your parts manual which has blueprint like illustrations to easily get the part number you need, type that number into this sites search box and bam, you click it and add it to your shopping cart, checkout is a breeze and you will have the parts pretty darn fast as well. Once I found my parts manual on the site, it was a breeze to pick out my parts needed. I had to email them first as I did not know how or where to find them, but they responded back with a free downloadable link to my buggies manual. NOTE!: You will need to know your model number of you machine, after my initial emailing, I found out there was like 20 "revisions" of the model by name, so I had to go back to look at my Buggy (physically) and found the name plate along with the (worthless) serial number. I say worthless on teh serial number because apparently the Manufacturer never logged this number to cross it with the actual model! (hmmm?)
Anyways, all said and done it was a very easy process. Go Karts-R-us had the best pricing, and they shipped all my parts to my house within a week easily. So good experience all around, just know your numbers! lol. That is your Buggies model number, then with the help of your parts manual (which has like a blueprint image of your buggy parts/areas) you will be able to key in all your part numbers and set the quantities of each. Oh yeah, key-in meaning I use the search box with the part# entered, I'm sure there's other ways but this is quick and easy.

Getting the Utv's ready for hunting season is my responsibility and I turn to GKRU every Oct/Nov for 3 17919 torque converter drive belt along with a fuel and oil filters ALL with FREE SHIPPING!!!. It's easy enough and the guys think I've done mega hours of maintenance work..I always find a bottle of Makers Mark sitting next to my locker and my dues are zilch. So yes, I really kike being "the man" when it comes to keeping these landmaster machines in tip top shape. Customer for life here!!.
Needed a part and found out with parts diagram it was a Y00047 and they had one which by the way I found out these parts were near extinction. Apparently this co. still has some of these older Y numbered parts and Kevin was super helpful in getting my diagram which without this I would be lost. Happy happy :-)

Needed drive belt 17919 but they were out at the time, I went with the 2-20698 as I did not have the models it said it doesn't fit. All worked fine and appreciate the tip.
I read the reviews here and a contributor mentioned about emailing them on a part that is old and not listed online.......SO I DID!
Brenda replied back that they do indeed have a 9599-2 Brake Rod in inventory, it's just not listed on the website. She then gave {or made?} me a link to purchase one and bamm, I had it in-hand within a week. Yes, they are good at delivering your parts at a reasonable price, that is if you buy enough to make it sensible/affordable. Another words don't come here to buy a 2 dollar part because the shipping cost is 5 times the cost of the part itself. So it gets pricey on small dollar parts. Again, Yes, If you get your order high enough you can actually get free shipping, but, this in reality is not very often for us. My two boys always seem to ask me to order them a bushing lets say, I then get riff from them about if I ordered it yet, I tell them no, I'm waiting on more to make it efficient and then the attitude starts. So end of story, it's a good system IF you order enough, otherwise it's a family debacle as I have to be the thrifty one in the family and this shipping system is not for me (or would that be us?). I have an old manco talon 4x4 atv and it is super hard to find parts for it but this place has served me pretty well. Prices are cheaper than I have found elseware but honestly at this point and time I would pay whatever just to get these stinking parts. My advice would be to not purchase one of these used machines and even refuse it of they offer it to you for like 25 bucks. Just not worth the hassle to obtain these now so hard to find parts. We signed up for the Quantity buyers club and use it for our members group purchases. That in combination with their already lower than normal prices make this a no brainer for us. Our almost Monthly order is always received in a timely manor as well. If you need to call them try morning like 10am-ish eastern. Worked for me now a few times but you can't really get a "technician" on the phone, you have to use email for them but any questions regarding an order you intend to place works like a charm, although they can't take the order over the phone because of some compliance law or rule?. They can tell you inventory levels and such which doesn't sound that important but believe me, in the height of the quad season it becomes very important, especially on parts that are already sold out on Americans site. Debby has been super helpful and like said, just not technical but they have guys for that but via email, and usually you can get answered that same day, so not that bad at all.

I contacted them on a whim and to my surprise they had one from some old inventory they purchased from a dealer who they bought out. I received the 4325H hex axle within a week and it looks perfect. I took about a week to build up my list of parts needed. Ended up being about 20 items, mostly small parts, but!, the total hit the 200 dollar mark so I received free shipping. I also opted for basic shipping and was pleasantly surprised when they shipped the order and it stated it was sent via USPS Priority. Super Cool and the box arrived in only 2 days. Holy shi* you guys are good! Tracking was excellent, detailed, and, I have no worries aboout this company now, whatsoever.
Good system here. Another site wanted to sell me my parts manual, I emailed these guys my model number and they returned the email with a free PDF manual (from the factory). Worked perfectly and my order was received today in excellent shape. They have a checklist/packinglist included in the order that a real human that initials and checks each part off. This is my now go to site for parts and will be ordering again in teh future A+ UPDATE//// I see the parst manuals are all online for instant downloading and I don't see where they cost anything: best way I found is to just enter in your Model# into their search box and select it from there. I purchased their OEM 5959 drive belt after trying the amazon ones listed for like 3 for this same price as one here. Let me first tell you that those amazon one's last a couple of good day of riding at best, they end up shredding and pretty fast at that. It's got be the cheap rubber that those chinese belts have or use. HOWEVER, these 5959 belts {from here} are OEM and last 100 times longer! No joke, you'll be switching out those amazon chinese ones all the time, labor and down time is just not worth it, even if you can get 6 of those for the price of just one of these. Nope, no more for me

They ship to Canada but it's a bit pricey so I have a friend in Massena NY who receives my parts orders. It works quite well and I only have a short drive which is basically across the bridge from my home in Cornwall ON. Will continue to do business here and thank you.

Tracking did not show anything, it was blank so I quickly protested the sale. To my disarray, this company emailed me and told me that tracking sometimes doesn't get displayed for awhile and it's not them displaying this info but rather the post office as in my case it looks like my box of parts is being sent postal. So I went into my pay-pal and un-did the dispute. The good news of all this is that it came a day later. So that was pretty snappy service and I feel sorry that I caused an issue and will certainly be more patient next time. My apologies go to Ms. Brenda who had my newbe self straightened out in one email. Whew, and see what scammers do to our online buying confidence???? 5 stars here!

American Landmasters gave me their phone number but they never picked up. I then emailed them for this part and they got back to me the next day saying they could ship me the part out that same day as long as they had my order by 10am, noting a part that Landmaster was out of and said they were never getting back in. So I hopped right on it and the transaction was quick enough and I will likely buy again here, I just won't waste my time with the phone calls.

I needed a part shipped with overnight service, it wasn't listed on the site as an option but I got ahold of a woman there and she too care of it for me. My shipment was sent ups and showed up the next day. Pricey but worth it and thank you for taking care of this for me :-)
It won't pay to order a dollar part here as shipping costs will kill you, but if you get enough parts to make the order cost effective shipping is a real deal! it is a great site overall.

So let me explain some more. It seems each manufacturer makes 'their' parts proprietary, meaning you pretty much have to buy their parts, some/few parts are more generic and fit many Makes or models. Anywho, I contacted this site and after a few emails we figured out that I actually had a brand (Manco) that they service or have parts for. Then next up is the age of the gocart as it seems some parts are AWOL and are not being restocked, stated because the Manufacturer is long gone. It's a minor headache but I'm on my way [FINALLY] and special thanks to the team here at Gokartsrus.com with A+ help and I will be ordering again soon.
Superior contact, but all thru email as I understand to keep part prices and costs down {to uphold these discounted prices}... that's what they have to do!..... Totally understand, and their email is great, my responses have all been within the 24hrs {that they claim as maximum response time}. So my order story is short, but no real quick lol: I placed an order on Sunday morning, then found I needed a couple more parts and placed another order after that original one. Sent them an email of this and asked if I could get a discounted shipping cost on the 2nd sequential order? They did better than that and refunded me the ENTIRE shipping costs on the 2nd order ....they emailed me back and said "No problems Mr. Williams, your order hasn't been picked and packed yet and we can combine them and save you the entire shipping costs on that 2nd order!" WOWZA, you don't get that much anymore in America, once someone has your money they don't wanna give it up, but not so here. I want to thank "Ken" who took care of this for me. Tracking showed what was in the shipped order, but it was not showing a part I ordered: Drive Belt Part# 17919. Email was returned after inquiry and found out that the belt would ship later because of some back order. I now have the order minus the drive belt which they tell me should be in a week or so. Good Communication. Will be purchasing again from Go Karts "R" us and I like their detailed tracking, is a plus IMHO.

I got right through on the phone and talked with a Debbie, she steered me to the correct area of their site so I could order. This was good in all, but she couldn't take my order over the phomne due to some security ordeal of not wanting to know my credit card number and details. I guess I get it, but it could of been a lot faster if she could of taken my order right then and there. It's now Tuesday and I placed this order on Friday. Still nothing but a tracking link which says I should get it tomorrow which will be Wednesday and almsot a week. Id say my experiance was average at best.
Decided to try this company/site after a couple of other "landmaster parts" online ordering disasters: like wrong shipped parts and sometimes even never shipped orders. THIS SITE however has come through with flying colors, maybe 3 or 4 orders in (& delivered) so far and all have been perfect, packed well and shipped to me in a very timely manor. We had a part within our order that came in as damaged, contacted this firm and they said snap an image of the part and email them back. I did and the replacement part was sent that same day. Very good communication and customer care after the sale. Much appreciated and Thanks.
They have a lot of older or should I say discontinued parts but not all are listed on the website, so email them your part number and see if they can find you that part. You will need the part number as they do not deal in descriptives such as bearing, strut flange etc. It has worked for me a couple of times so far and we failed on a couple as well, but it is worth a try. PS: use the email in the yellow Contact us tab on the top middle of the website. It's all very well laid out and you chose how you wish your contact to be directed.

My kids use to drive me crazy while driving by their store on Rte 14 North just outside of Geneva. They would have 10 (or more) of these little power cars parked out close to the road. We finally purchased one back in the early 2000's and I have since passed it on to my children's, children; aka my grandchildren. How time fly's and good to see they are still in business, however their store is now a window and door outlet. Covid has sure changed a lot of things.
We submitted a $500.00 large order and took advantage of the quantity discount club. Saved us an additional 50 bucks!, we would recommend this for any large orders.

Problem!: I had the incorrect parts manual for my utv machine, so I ordered a few parts and some did not fit. After several emails with a Ms Debby, she directed me to the correct parts diagram for my utv. This took a couple of days however as I could not find my model number on the utv. Apparently {?} the previous owner removed the metal ID tag that stated this info. Hassle of solving evolved and after much analyzing and collaboration, I {we} got it figured out and my last order had all the parts my machine needed / required. So my advice to others is to get your parts from the correct model numbers diagram, hopefully your utv will still have this metal id tag on it. This will save you a big headache later, trust me. As far as this company's website and their email support? It was good ...in the end, I really didn't understand how many different models they service and support and it's in the several 100's. With that being said, Debby was patient and I probably was not! My apologies to her as she listened and I was frustrated and didn't.. Hope my experience and review helps others. Ordered 14850 parking brake cable agreed to as noted back ordered in november and just arrived end of february. It said it was coming from china and it would be a lengthy wait and it was but nobody else had this cable either. So all good and thank you for the tracking which I was pleasantly surprised when that dropped in my mailbox.
Ordered over 20 different parts, a lot of hardware (nuts n bolts) and everything was clarified in packing bags and on the pick list sheet. This attention to detail was excellent and I cannot tell you how much easier this was to inventory the order, which by the way was perfectly spot on. Looks like a picker with "KJ" did the order and thank you to him or her. Will order again from here and with a lot of confidence, that's for sure!!! :-)
I use to order these 5959 drive belts on amazon but they would not last at all. Tried this companies 5959 and seem MUCH better and it's been on now over a month and still going strong. I love amazon but sometimes sellers try to push the cheap stuff on it which amazon has no control or probably even has an idea that they are so cheaply made. My 1 star on Amazon is a 5 star here!
Shipping cost goes down the higher your order value so we try to build up our orders to achieve these lower shipping charges. It works, but you have to be patient enough and sometimes you can't wait for that part and have to pull the trigger. All of our past orders were filled and shipped promptly, some were even drop shipped at a better price than what the shipper posted. So overall very happy with Go-Karts R us.

I'm retired from the US Marine Corps and I now find a little R&R while playing on my almost 2 yr old American Landmaster L7 4wd SXS. I went through a Driver Pulley Clutch under warranty and they covered it with no problems. After the warranty was out, I burned through the Driven Pulley and a throttle cable, looked high and wide and found this site....... they had the part discounted and less than anywhere else!. The pully wheel was heavy and required some additional shipping, no problem; as it was still a better deal than anywhere else and believe it of not, it was received in 4 days and installed in-time before a weekend adventure out to Cape Cod. This trip was AMAZING and would not of happened without these good & dependable caring people. A gal named Debbie was just exceptional, and when I need a part again?... I look no further! I ordered some tie-rods that were discontinued everywhere, but their site said they had them so I ordered 2 sets. I got an email back from them saying they could only ship these from one of the locations and that warehouse was closed until they completed inventory. I was hard up, so I responded back with a "just send asap please" and, I then received in a weeks time, even with the delay. The tierods were exactly what I wanted and the wait was nothing especially considering the situation of my dire needs. Will be purchasing again and site is bookmarked ^
Note that this starts their busy season and things don't go as smooth as the dead of winter. Makes sense as most folks park their machines and get them out in the Spring. I'll place my oil and air filter order after this writing and thank you to Brenda for explaining some things to me, it's those kind of tips that make me think I have an advantage lol! And, good easy to use website btw :-)
Do your "Due Diligence" on the parts you will need BEFORE you place your order. What I'm trying to say is a little research goes a long way and ordering parts by the images is NOT RECOMMENDED. Don't ask why we know this, but let's just say we are now schooled very well and know our way around a lot better with a little patience factored into our quick mouse clicking finger! A+ rating will only come from your satisfaction and you getting the correct parts, right? So "YOU" comes before "THEM".

Whether its a small part or our large Spring order, they always come through for us, or at least an answer....... Some off these Manco parts are becoming hard to find. As I understand it they do not make a lot of these parts anymore. Disappointing but certainly not this companies fault and they have always done there best to accommodate my inquiries. I also use the Forum now, I get some responses on there that help and sometimes have found some parts posted that were not on this site. So I highly recommend this maybe as a last resort if you can't find your part? I'll post a link to that forum and good luck everyone!

I ORDERED A SPINDLE BUT IT WAS TO SMALL THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT FOR THE LARGER ONE I NEEDED EVEN IF I SENT THEM THE 4 BUCKS DIFFERENCE. SO I HAD TO RETURN AN THEN REORDER THE BIGGER SPINDLE. HASSLE AND WOULD BE EASIER TO JUST SEND ME THE RIGHT ONE AND BE DONE WITH IT. F****** IDIOTS!
I called and talked with a guy about needing a tie rod form my manco 415 gocart. He would not tell me the part I needed and made me download a schematic to pick parts saying they support 1 gazillion models and he personally doesn't know blah blah blah about every model including mine. I then found the tierod, called back again asking if this is the part or do I need another different part? A woman picked up this time and she was as generic as the first guy, they will not commit to ANYTHING!. Maybe its that there afraid they would be responsible if the part isnt correct and theyd be responsible and have to pay for the return? hmmmm may be so. Well its all on me as they will go on to tell you that the machine is front of you (ME) and not them and that I can see visually what part is needed, they cant. It just sucks (democrats) that you cant geta answer to a simple question. This Country has gone to Sh*t but will soon change!!! MAGA 24
If you checkout as a guest and need to return a part you need to email them cuz you won't have an account to pull up the order that has the part on it you need to return. I have since made an account and I can now do a return right from it so I think its wise but your choice people. Jus my 2 cents.
A+ customer service. We had a part that was incorrect, our fault as we ordered by image and not by part number. We emailed immediately and received a response back to send the part back and reorder the correct part. We chose to do this prior to receiving a refund on the misordered part and had a tracking email on the replacement within hours. That part came 3 days later and the part sent back was refunded the same day they received it back. Most companies take several days for this, but not here! Highly recommend this site.
I opted for rush shipment via the priority shipping. Was worth the high cost (for me at least) as I got my parts in a couple of days and I live in far out 'Zona. Tracking was great and it showed it coming from New York. So not to shabby at all. Highly recommend.

Dont let the site intimidate y'all. Its easy once you get around where everythings at. You now every little item has its own part number and this comes from the manual then you type this in to the search field box. Thats it, just go by part number and y'all be fine.
I have 5 grandkids and they put me in charge of getting them parts for there little go car. I have had a few problems obtaining some parts as I guess these carts are not in production anymore, and I found it easiest to email them the part number first before ordering them. This may not be a factor with newer gocars, but with ours which is the manco intruder II, I find this to be the best method. They answer you back the same day or at least by the next, so it is a workable solution. Hope this helps others and good luck and I do find this company to be on the up and up :=)

These guys have been around for ages.
I first dealt with them in the early to mid 90's when we lived in central New York/ Fairport, and while driving down on a pleasant Saturday to visit Watkins Glen Park, we saw a store that had a bunch of little cars displayed out front of this store. The more we toured or hiked the Glen, the more my wife and I said that we have to go back there and buy one of those mini cars. I remember our daughter was so excited, after our hike up the Glenn we stopped at a Pizza Hut and all I remember was how excited we all were, unfortunately... we should of passed on the pizza as the mini-car company (these guys) were closed by the time we got back up to Geneva. Talk about going from a hiking high, down to a deflating and very low disappointment, UGH!!!
Well, WE did return on Monday as Sunday they were closed., I just remember how they were real genuine people, they also have or had an ACE hardware store and attached was a factory plant of some sorts...... if I remember correctly. A few years pass and I found their website, and occasionally bought parts and stuff from them, online. This was back in the days that you used dial-up and America Online LOL. Super glad to see them still alive and well, but I do now see Waterloo as their address?. hmmm? I (we) no longer have that Mini Car but it served us well and for my daughters entire teenage years. It finally found the curbside sale in front of our house, and I remember telling the older gent who bought it to go to this site for parts. So that's our story, probably not a site review, sorry, I just had to tell this story.
Wrapping up this now long story, SORRY!, and about 30 years later?, I stumbled across this site {again} last night and brought back all the memories. When we revisit the in-laws who are still in the Rochester area, I want to trek that route again to Watkins G. and a must do stop at their store..... because as I remember it was just SOOOOO freeqing cool and interesting and they had just about EVERYTHING you could imagine.

Received a damaged part and to resolve quickly they had me take a picture. No problem with that, and then they were going to send me out another part. But the next day, I asked for my money back as I thought I could then repair this part. Ok but hmmmm?... now all of a sudden they wanted the part back and I had to ship it (but at least it was with a prepaid return label otherwise this would be a 1 star review!). Kind of confusing, first it is then it isn't. Not thrilled TBH.

My wife actually found this site for me and that was kind of embarrassing as I just always ordered from AM Sportworks direct, thinking it doesn't get any better than that!? So now I eat crow, this place has the best pricing and they come through every time. I see some of our shipments do actually come from American Sportworks, or I guess they're called Landmasters now. My husband has me do all the ordering and we have nothing but good to say about Gokartsrus.com LLC. Couple quick stories in my testimonial. We have 4 children and all are almost every day karting "hobbyists". So we as parents use our 2 karts as kind of leverage, like in doing or not doing your chores. I know a lot of parents use cell phones as weight on this subject, but we don't want to take that away as we want or need to communicate with our teenage children. So we found these recreational karts as the best leverage. We keep them in the garage under lock and key with a careful eye when we have someone on "kart probation" Our method seems to work quite well, as a whole day (or more) without riding privilege's just seems to hit their weak spot........okay, back to our review; we had a wrong size gear sprocket on one of our orders, it was confusing as everything is directed to part numbers and not as descriptive references. ordering parts were simple enough. you just need the part numbers which come from your part manual. this site also provided that for my sons manco model 6250 with a free download. i would recommend this site 100%.
This is our pretty much exclusive place to get our Manco go karts parts. We don't do alot of them anymore but we have always had good service from GKRU. So zero complaints and Brenda has been very good with our company's needs on a very timely basis. 5 stars all the way.

So I am rebuilding the brake system on a 2005 Brister Chuck Wagon for a buddy of mine. Even though there are items I recently ordered on back order, and after a phone call about the issue, they are still willing to try and get it sorted out for me. So even with this minor inconvenience I would still say that this is the site to go to. The prices cant be beat and the customer service is excellent!

I ordered a brake caliper that wasn't the correct one, Debbie helped me get my correct parts manual for my go-cart {this is key!!!} and she gave me a return code on the wrong part. Long story short; everything is correct and the process was easy enough. Also note, you do have to pay for the return shipping. Good customer service and I will be back when I need more parts.

Watch out for some parts that the image may say "Free Shipping" BUT!!!!, there is a so called "Adder" (apparently due to the weight or size of the item). Needed part 2-70019 for an upcoming weekend UTV outing. Emailed them to assure they had one and if it would arrive on time. We purchased 2 Landmaster UTVs back in Covid 2020 to ride out in the desert and avoid all the germs floating around in town. I wouldn't say they are the ultimate machines but the "built in America" was what got us and we've been pretty happy with the performance and reliability. I have a model 7151 Carbide Go-Cart by American Sportworks. These were popular back in the day and parts were easy to find. Not so anymore :-( but I have found this place and they seem to still have a lot of the parts which is a huge help. So far, I've placed 3 orders and have nothing significant to add other that you place the order, it arrives maybe 4 days later and my Cart is back up and running again. I've ordered 5 times from go-kartsRus, only once did I have a backorder and the package did not come to me within approx ~5~ days. I have also tried a couple of competitor sites with WAY worse results, we won't comment on those messes.
I understand some of these parts are getting scarce as the manufacturer keeps getting bought out, new owner comes in etc. but c'mon man!
So Go-karts'R'us (and easy to remember like the Toys'R' us Co.) is about the best you'll get for American sportworks parts. But, let it be known that some of these parts are just getting very hard to come by and you may have to buy elsewhere because of availability or lack thereof. If a part doesn't come up in your site lookup, email them the part# and ask for possible availability. Worked out once for me and failed also once. okay, they tried their best I guess.

Will buy again when needed, but hopefully that is not for a long time as this last order was over 200, the good news was that I received free shipping on the order. So my tip would be.... save up enough parts to checkout with a large enough dollar amount that you get the free shipping. On my recent order I had about 10 or so parts on it. All came right thru except for one part that was marked as "BO". I took it as back order and contacted this company and they said it would be approx. 1 week. I wasn't very happy at the time, but it did finally come in and it was about 10 days later. So overall good but not prefect and I probably will still buy here again because they do have really good prices.
Went up to Canada for a SxS rumble, had a slight mishap with a tree that wouldnt move out of our way lol. I ordered the parts thru the lodges wifi as we airplane mode there, worked but was slightly nervous and I wanted to get rid of the embarrassment quickly, The parts were sitting there at my Michigan home/doorstep when I pulled in the driveway. I finally got through on the phone and talked to Ms Brenda. She says/states that your BEST TIME TO CALL THEM IS/ AROUND 10AM (Eastern). Seems that the teenagers wake up after that and overwhelm the phone lines, and they only have 3 or 4 on-duty that take calls. She also explained that their Company cannot hire 20 or so to field calls .....as it would have to reflect in the pricing and wholesale cannot absorb that kind of service. Totally understand (now). Hopefully this will get pinned to the top of the comments. Thank you kindly.

I use to purchase go-cart parts from this company back in the late 90's..... I've since purchased a UTV from Tractor Supply, and, inquiring about some needed maintenance parts they handed me a card with this sites name wrote on it. I thought this sounds familiar as I scratched my head, went home and punched the site up and yepper -do!.... Once I saw the deep purple theme I quickly remembered this is where I got my kids go-carts AND parts. So last Monday, I ordered up a new driven clutch and belt for my Landmaster BD700 and I actually logged in under my email!; Yes, they still had my shipping address info and looking within my account I could still see my past 25 year old orders, wow in a good way!. On my "current" order lol, Everything worked out perfectly. I received my Landmaster parts this AM and all was perfect. Needed a 17919 drive belt for my UTV for an upcoming trip. I went with the upgraded shipping of Priority. Slight delay in my order as I put my PO Box as the street address. Apparently they do ship Postal but larger items have to go UPS. i was informed to put my POB on the 2nd address line and if the shipment can go that way it will, otherwise your shipment will use the first address line. Lesson learned. I now will include both my street address and put my POB on street address line 2. I received tracking and just await my parts order, looks all good so far.
Landmaster sent me here for a 17919 CV drive belt as they were sold out. I ordered one today and now/later I see they are out as well, site now states BACK-ORDER. Whew!!!!! Just in the nick of time I guess, and crossing my fingers on this as my UTV isn't going anywhere without this key part. my parts look better than new and not like the ones from amazon resellers. i think they have knockoffs to have lower price but not worth it. buy here and get better sturdy parts that will last
These guys still have some older parts that you can't find elsewhere and if you cant find the part on their site we always throw an email there way with the part number and they'll respond back with something on it. Thanks guys!!!
You CAN return a part but let me be clear, you pay the return shipping UNLESS the part you ordered is not the part you received. So the fine print is, if you order (by part#) 6789 but received 6788 then yes they will pay the return shipping and send you out the correct part 6789. Nut if you order 6789 and you got that part then it's on you, it doesn't matter that the part is not the correct one, to them it is as you got the part you ordered. All in all, it's fair and I guess I learned this the hard way. I will still keep buying from here as they have the lowest prices and certainly get your order out quickly. I'd say a B+ from my snobby/picky self lol.
Impressively they still had my old Manco go-cart parts that I needed!!! These parts a VERY hard to find anymore. Shipping was pricey as I decided to get rush-priority, I received parts in 3 days noting we live in Texas and tracking showed package came out of New York. You can do a return thru your portal and no need to contact them first. Of course you'll have to make an account here but everything seems very straight forward and I have found the return factor to be quite easy as long as you have made an account and not selected to checkout as a guest. SO.... FIRST up, I passed over this site several times prior because of the name..... I thought this was a Russian company because of the name ending in Rus... usually in email addresses this indicates the email comes from Russia (spam city).
BUT... it's really "Go Karts R us" ===== Like "Toys R us" ===== I feel kinda stupid and if anyone else has or had this assumption I guess we can all share this laugh together. Had to return 1 part on my order, it was no big deal and the entire ordeal was settled by email/contact and within 4 days I had my correct part in-hand. It was my fat fingers and fault basically. Will order again from here, we are very happy with their service.
We have 4 Landmaster UTV's and found this place to not only have the cheapest prices but also the best order to receiving end service. Rarely do we get a back-order and the follow up has been excellent. We understand that since Covid, things coming from China is a nightmare. These folks do there best to smooth that out, granted sometimes it's a few emails back and forth but always a response and solution from them. Best prices on American LandMaster parts!~ Period!. I'm building up my 2nd order as we speak, I try to get to the $200 mark and then shipping is free. Only negative I can think of?...... is that I pay sales tax and it looks like this is because I'm in NY and so are they. No deal breaker however, I also now pay tax on ebay which I didn't use to, so things online with taxes are evolving.
We love the order process here, its so easy, you punch in your part# and you click to add into shopping cart. My advice would be to email them as to get thru on the phone is quite rare. Noting I have gotten ahold of them and it's usually in the mornings before they get hammered by phone calls, and from what I understand it's the YOUTH that's tying up the lines. Anyways if you're lucky enough you may get Brenda or Deb, but usually it's email as in my history it's just the easiest contact with GKRU. With that said, I have always had my questions answered or at least given a direction to go in. I have not placed an order yet so I can't comment on that but I'm building up an order so I can reach the free shipping mark of 200 dollars. Hope this may help others and have a blessed day.

We live next to a day care center and my kids go-carts are the small kids envy as they look through the chain link fence. Problem is (was) that the noise was too much for the supervisors, so I went on their Forum and found or was suggested a quiet muffler to keep peace in my neighborhood. Once you have your parts manual it is VERY easy to order the parts that your Utv requires. Looks like a lot of different models available on the menu listing, so I found mine by entering in the model number in the sites search box the same way you find the part that you will need. I then received my order complete as ordered in less than a week and I live in San Clemente CA.
Bought a drive cover and a drive belt, a few fasteners and all came in less than a week. Maybe not Amazon fast, but good enough and i will order again when I need sumtin. -Brad
Had to return 2 parts and it was painless but use email and get a Rma number. My refund came the same day they received it back and a lot of companies play with your money for days, if not more, but not so here. It would be 5 stars if they answered the phones and I didnt have to do email for this.
I had a part that didn't fit and had to contact them thru email. ?Apparently? I ordered the wrong part number and I found out that they do not pay for return shipping and I had to pay for taht. I did get it all straightened out (by email) and eventually with the help from Debbie S. in customer service. She was good to work with.
Had to return a part and the process was easy, include your order number in the email and you will receive a RMA number to put on your label. You can use any service you wish, you pay for the return and I used UPS Ground. Refund was issued the day they received it which was better than normal online shops or co's.. Will shop here again when my Son says he needs some more parts which hopefully is not real soon LOL.
If you purchase a lot, shipping is cheap or actually nadda, but if you only need a small ubolt or something, then the shipping is high. So buy enough to bring the shipping down. These guys seem quite dependable at least for the 2 or 3 orders I have places so far. hey!, going riding :)

Once we found the name plate it was a piece of cake and my only advice then or after that is to refer to parts by the number and not name of the part itself mainly to lesson the confusion. I would grade this company an A- as overall it is quite good and prices seem to be competitive.
I like the discounted shipping costs when you buy more you save more!. May not be to friendly to guys that just need a bolt or nut, but I see and understand it as the economics of doing business.

We have 2 side-by-side's and take them on week-long Summer & early Fall trips, the kids have theirs and my husband and I lead the pack in ours. We don't abuse them in any way, but they do require maintenance stuff and GoKartsRus has always supplied our needs and for almost 3 years now.
We had a couple of back-orders here or there, but they've always come through and we totally trust them. We had a credit (refund) come in on the exact day of our return being received by them. They do not take purchase orders as payment so that was a snag for me, as I purchase for a BOCES School and we use PO's billed to our District. I finally got clearance to use a Credit Card and the order was shipped the next day. So overall I will reorder as these are the lowest prices and my supervisor will approve that every time.
I have an old Manco Aerforce Go-Cart. It's hard to get parts for this and I find the best way is to email this company prior and they can let you know if the part is actually in stock. Oh, and you will need to talk part# with them, they will not know or respond to the parts description, I guess that's too much of a possible error thing so they talk part number only. Good Luck.

Then inquiring I found out that this is their "quiet time" of the season. I guess generally most folks aren't ordering these parts in the winter. Okay, understood. I talked with a gal named Debbie and she was quite pleasant and answered all my questions, and, actually guiding me online to where I had to go. We signed up for military program discount and works for extra discount code you enter/ it takes a day or so to get active and you send credentials on the sign up page. I would say its easy and I would recommend to other military personnel.

I inquired about an expensive part of over 1 grand and asked if they had a payment plan available. Debbie S. from their office set me up with a Paypal invoice through pay later and actually f you pay it off in 6 months there is no interest charges. I had never done this before with that company but it worked out perfectly. So you would need to contact them if you need to do this payment plan. Hope this helps and enjoy your day!

Super good folks here. I had a return and it was no problem at all but get a RA number from them before you ship back. I use the contact email button and it worked good. Had a response back the next day with address and that RA that you will need to have on the label. I went to my UPS store and they took care of all of this and that was also super easy. Will buy again from here.

We use Landmaster UTVs for multiple chores and they are great. Occasionally they need some maintenance and we have found this place to provide exactly what we need. They have good and reliable email. No phone, well actually they do and we did get them a couple of times but that's rare, so use email or their "Contact us" page whichh is elaborate and quite usefuyl. You can find this on the top of all pages, look for Contact Us in a small yellow box.
I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt my multiple orders placed here in the past deserve some attention. My story; I have 3 teenage boys (probably enough said right?) and my wife and I started go-cart projects for each one, building (or rebuilding) these carts has been a chore but a worthwhile one. I'd say the "building" was just as much as character within each of my Sons. Every day research was done and incorporated within our now taken over 1/2 of our 2 car garage. We live in the (Country) burbs in North Texas, and have a hard packed almost desert like land to ride together within reach of our backyard, so I figured this family project would be fun and fit us perfectly!.
And... It was!
But ....... very challenging and at times with not only the now poor or low source for some imported components, but also the discontinued (by the manufacturer) challenges. This is where Debbie and Brenda from 'Go-Karts R us' helped us out immensely. They went well over and above to try to find us some of our missing parts. My wife was amazed at how this company attended to our needs and seemed truly involved in our project, our emails were always answered back if not that same day, the very next morning. So my typing inspiration was actually my wife's fault, and I thought I should share our story, albeit a bit chopped up because in reality there is so much to talk about in so little time.
I made my account here on our very first order, and can trace my orders on the logged in panel, I have 26 orders to date and everyone of them has been exactly what I ordered and needed. Once; I over ordered on some bearings, but instead of returning them (which I could of easily) I kept them for spares as they matched up on 2 of our machines. So, I wantched the package and it was refunded in full the very day they received it. Not many companies do that so I was influenced to write this, 4 starz only cuz of the initial goofup. I am rebuilding an old manco silver fox go cart for my kids. This place has been super helpful and have provided me with most of the parts I was needing. Note that this model has been discontinued for quite some time and parts are just super hard to find for it. I would say if you are having a manco cart project, this is a great place to be. You guys are the only ones with part 19331 Brake Pad kit! I tried other sources and they all bounced it back as backordered. You did NOT however and I received the brake kit in about 4 to 5 days. It's a rainy Sunday so here I am, reading reviews on this site as my husband watches football. Most reviews seem exceptionally good so I rolled the dice in placing a $442 order here. I got free shipping so that is a major plus already. Will report back on any hiccups....... but, hopefully not!!!!!

Sure I've needed a few parts here or there and I've tried several other places for my Utility Vehicle parts (since 2018). This site is by far the best and with lowest prices, my shipments have all come reasonably quick too, especially considering I'm in Arizona and they are in New York. But I'm very happy and have them permanently bookmarked on my Mac. THANK YOU!!! :)
Cool order system but you will need to find your part/parts by part number.
This comes from your models parts diagram which if you don't have one they will get you one at no charge, just look for the CONTACT US button in the top middle of their site and it will have a button for parts manuals. YOU will need to know your make and model number for this to happen but once you do this you are golden. Noting it took almost a day for the response so be patient. The parts manual will have a blueprint or visual diagram of your unit showing all the parts broken down individually. This is key. You will then cross reference a ref number to the actual part number on that page or sometimes on a following page. This is all done in a PDF, Very straight forward. Once you have your part number, you type it into the sites search box and it will display along with the price and a order now button. If it is not in stock for any reason, you may not see the add to cart button, so keep this in memory as this can be confusing seeing the part but no way of buying it. Hope this helps others and soon you'll find out how easy it is to find and get your parts. J.A.S.
Signed up for my military discount. Only took 1 day to approve and would highly recommend to other folks that served. Look for a small box on left column for info on doing this. Easy peasy and an extra 10 percent off the lowest prices shown.
Had to return my entire order due to a family emergancy issue. They took it back but I was charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. I contacted them and that is the policy and yes, it is shown in the site agreement terms that you do check off when placing an order here. So be careful and make sure you don't need to return the parts you order. Other than that this is a great site and they do ship fast so my review is mixed. I prolly will order again but will do so more carefully.

Excellent email commuication, placed my order and shipping was $0 [that's NADDA!]. That was my real "kick in the butt" to write up a review here. I use to buy my parts elseware and with reasonably good success, but now I think I found my new home. Thanku guys!!
