Its VERY important that you order FROM the correct part manual for YOUR machine (its all done by model number of your unit/kart/atv/utv etc.. Otherwise....... you will get incorrect parts, period. After reading through these reviews, I see and hear about getting/receiving incorrect parts, well, this would not be the case if they (you?) use the correct method of finding and ordering your parts. I laugh when I read "they sent me the wrong part!" when generally it is more like "I ORDERED THE WRONG PART!". There is a difference people and if it's the fault of the company, they will pay the return shipping, so stop crying about the fact that they do not pay for return shipping. They do...... if it's there fault!.
So if "You" order the incorrect part and yes, it's on you to return it as it should be. Let's get this straight people! ????

On my recent order I had about 10 or so parts on it. All came right thru except for one part that was marked as "BO". I took it as back order and contacted this company and they said it would be approx. 1 week. I wasn't very happy at the time, but it did finally come in and it was about 10 days later. I had to return a part that was incorrect. Guess I had fat fingers and punched in the wrong part number on one of the 20 parts I had on my order. We use Landmaster UTVs for multiple chores and they are great. Occasionally they need some maintenance and we have found this place to provide exactly what we need. They have good and reliable email. No phone, well actually they do and we did get them a couple of times but that's rare, so use email or their "Contact us" page whichh is elaborate and quite usefuyl. My Sons Manco Go-Kart takes a 4335 Centrifugal Clutch and this seems to be a big wear and tear part. After talking with them via email, they gave me tips on lubricating the bushing on the clutch. Knock on wood, I haven't had to order another one of these in 6 Mos!. In the past my kid would burn through this 4335 clutch part in about a Month. I have an old manco talon 4x4 atv and it is super hard to find parts for it but this place has served me pretty well. Prices are cheaper than I have found elseware but honestly at this point and time I would pay whatever just to get these stinking parts. My advice would be to not purchase one of these used machines and even refuse it of they offer it to you for like 25 bucks. Just not worth the hassle to obtain these now so hard to find parts. Thas my 2 cents and good luck=*#

Tracking showed what was in the shipped order, but it was not showing a part I ordered: Drive Belt Part# 17919. Email was returned after inquiry and found out that the belt would ship later because of some back order. I now have the order minus the drive belt which they tell me should be in a week or so. These guys have been around for ages.
I first dealt with them in the early to mid 90's when we lived in central New York/ Fairport, and while driving down on a pleasant Saturday to visit Watkins Glen Park, we saw a store that had a bunch of little cars displayed out front of this store. The more we toured or hiked the Glen, the more my wife and I said that we have to go back there and buy one of those mini cars. I remember our daughter was so excited, after our hike up the Glenn we stopped at a Pizza Hut and all I remember was how excited we all were, unfortunately... we should of passed on the pizza as the mini-car company (these guys) were closed by the time we got back up to Geneva. Talk about going from a hiking high, down to a deflating and very low disappointment, UGH!!!
Well, WE did return on Monday as Sunday they were closed., I just remember how they were real genuine people, they also have or had an ACE hardware store and attached was a factory plant of some sorts...... if I remember correctly. A few years pass and I found their website, and occasionally bought parts and stuff from them, online. This was back in the days that you used dial-up and America Online LOL. Super glad to see them still alive and well, but I do now see Waterloo as their address?. hmmm? I (we) no longer have that Mini Car but it served us well and for my daughters entire teenage years. It finally found the curbside sale in front of our house, and I remember telling the older gent who bought it to go to this site for parts. So that's our story, probably not a site review, sorry, I just had to tell this story.
Wrapping up this now long story, SORRY!, and about 30 years later?, I stumbled across this site {again} last night and brought back all the memories. When we revisit the in-laws who are still in the Rochester area, I want to trek that route again to Watkins G. and a must do stop at their store..... because as I remember it was just SOOOOO freeqing cool and interesting and they had just about EVERYTHING you could imagine.

They have a lot of older or should I say discontinued parts but not all are listed on the website, so email them your part number and see if they can find you that part. You will need the part number as they do not deal in descriptives such as bearing, strut flange etc. It has worked for me a couple of times so far and we failed on a couple as well, but it is worth a try. PS: use the email in the yellow Contact us tab on the top middle of the website. It's all very well laid out and you chose how you wish your contact to be directed.

Seems like the manufacturers of these buggies make "their parts" a tad different or proprietary to their BRAND and MODEL. I have found few parts that are generic and seem to fit different or multiple buggies, but most are going to be exact for that brand and model. I service these for customers and sometimes have peeps drop off their machines with a part they find on ebay and expect them to fit. Well tbh, 9 out of 10 times they do not!. So this is my goto site for manco and american sportworks and I usually buy the parts here or if the customer insists on getting the parts themselves I send them to here. I have found these parts to be genuine OEM and perfectly fit the model taht they are intended to go on !> which resorts back to how I started this statement hint hint.

Had to return my entire order due to a family emergancy issue. They took it back but I was charged a restocking fee of 20 percent. I contacted them and that is the policy and yes, it is shown in the site agreement terms that you do check off when placing an order here. So be careful and make sure you don't need to return the parts you order. Other than that this is a great site and they do ship fast so my review is mixed. I prolly will order again but will do so more carefully.

I have a model 7151 Carbide Go-Cart by American Sportworks. These were popular back in the day and parts were easy to find. Not so anymore :-( but I have found this place and they seem to still have a lot of the parts which is a huge help. So far, I've placed 3 orders and have nothing significant to add other that you place the order, it arrives maybe 4 days later and my Cart is back up and running again. Once I found my parts manual on the site, it was a breeze to pick out my parts needed. I had to email them first as I did not know how or where to find them, but they responded back with a free downloadable link to my buggies manual. NOTE!: You will need to know your model number of you machine, after my initial emailing, I found out there was like 20 "revisions" of the model by name, so I had to go back to look at my Buggy (physically) and found the name plate along with the (worthless) serial number. I say worthless on teh serial number because apparently the Manufacturer never logged this number to cross it with the actual model! (hmmm?)
Anyways, all said and done it was a very easy process. Go Karts-R-us had the best pricing, and they shipped all my parts to my house within a week easily. So good experience all around, just know your numbers! lol. That is your Buggies model number, then with the help of your parts manual (which has like a blueprint image of your buggy parts/areas) you will be able to key in all your part numbers and set the quantities of each. Oh yeah, key-in meaning I use the search box with the part# entered, I'm sure there's other ways but this is quick and easy.
I hope this may help some people in the future. Happy trails, and I'm off going mudding! :)

Don't be dazzled by all the "glitter" on the site. You simply type in your desired part number into the sites search box and if it is still available it will come up. Sometimes you will see a "DISCONTINUED" displayed but, it may still be available, you need to look for a "Add to Cart" button, then you're good to go. If no Cart button then the part is gone and you need to start your google process. We've had pretty good luck here and with my husband that keeps picking up these roadside deals, I'm in charge of ordering the parts on "HIS" repurposing and rebuilding kart projects. I got right through on the phone and talked with a Debbie, she steered me to the correct area of their site so I could order. This was good in all, but she couldn't take my order over the phomne due to some security ordeal of not wanting to know my credit card number and details. I guess I get it, but it could of been a lot faster if she could of taken my order right then and there. It's now Tuesday and I placed this order on Friday. We acquired the go-cart "bug" while vacationing in Ocean City MD. in 2021 Coming home we found several back yard carts for sale on FB-Marketplace and we jumped right in purchasing 2. We were recommended by the seller to this company as our trusted parts resource and they had the brand parts we would need (VERY Important!). We've only had to place 2 orders so far and all has been exceptionally correct and good. Totally understand, and their email is great, my responses have all been within the 24hrs {that they claim as maximum response time}. So my order story is short, but no real quick lol: I placed an order on Sunday morning, then found I needed a couple more parts and placed another order after that original one. Sent them an email of this and asked if I could get a discounted shipping cost on the 2nd sequential order? They did better than that and refunded me the ENTIRE shipping costs on the 2nd order ....they emailed me back and said "No problems Mr. Williams, your order hasn't been picked and packed yet and we can combine them and save you the entire shipping costs on that 2nd order!" Worked perfectly and my order was received today in excellent shape. They have a checklist/packinglist included in the order that a real human that initials and checks each part off. I have 5 grandkids and they put me in charge of getting them parts for there little go car. I have had a few problems obtaining some parts as I guess these carts are not in production anymore, and I found it easiest to email them the part number first before ordering them. This may not be a factor with newer gocars, but with ours which is the manco intruder II, I find this to be the best method. They answer you back the same day or at least by the next, so it is a workable solution. Hope this helps others and good luck and I do find this company to be on the up and up :=)

Problem!: I had the incorrect parts manual for my utv machine, so I ordered a few parts and some did not fit. After several emails with a Ms Debby, she directed me to the correct parts diagram for my utv. This took a couple of days however as I could not find my model number on the utv. Apparently {?} the previous owner removed the metal ID tag that stated this info. Hassle of solving evolved and after much analyzing and collaboration, I {we} got it figured out and my last order had all the parts my machine needed / required. So my advice to others is to get your parts from the correct model numbers diagram, hopefully your utv will still have this metal id tag on it. This will save you a big headache later, trust me. As far as this company's website and their email support? It was good ...in the end, I really didn't understand how many different models they service and support and it's in the several 100's. With that being said, Debby was patient and I probably was not! My apologies to her as she listened and I was frustrated and didn't.. Hope my experience and review helps others. I called and talked with a guy about needing a tie rod form my manco 415 gocart. He would not tell me the part I needed and made me download a schematic to pick parts saying they support 1 gazillion models and he personally doesn't know blah blah blah about every model including mine. I then found the tierod, called back again asking if this is the part or do I need another different part? A woman picked up this time and she was as generic as the first guy, they will not commit to ANYTHING!. I purchased their OEM 5959 drive belt after trying the amazon ones listed for like 3 for this same price as one here. Let me first tell you that those amazon one's last a couple of good day of riding at best, they end up shredding and pretty fast at that. It's got be the cheap rubber that those chinese belts have or use. HOWEVER, these 5959 belts {from here} are OEM and last 100 times longer! No joke, you'll be switching out those amazon chinese ones all the time, labor and down time is just not worth it, even if you can get 6 of those for the price of just one of these. Nope, no more for me

We (now) use these LandMasters UTV's with rear decks/beds and tow behind trailers as it works best on crowded docks especially with taxi's and limo's hogging the passthru lanes. I recommend this site but not American Landmaster Co. or that companies past names in general (Manco, American Sportworks). The problem is that they don't continue parts for their older models/lines, they drop these foreign made parts in favor of the new models. So 5 stars for this discount parts site, 1 star for Landmasters and that is my review/ average, and that is also based on this site selling those parts from/for this other company. Another words don't come here to buy a 2 dollar part because the shipping cost is 5 times the cost of the part itself. So it gets pricey on small dollar parts. Again, Yes, If you get your order high enough you can actually get free shipping, but, this in reality is not very often for us. My two boys always seem to ask me to order them a bushing lets say, I then get riff from them about if I ordered it yet, I tell them no, I'm waiting on more to make it efficient and then the attitude starts. So end of story, it's a good system IF you order enough, otherwise it's a family debacle as I have to be the thrifty one in the family and this shipping system is not for me (or would that be us?). Our family rides primarily in the western Texas dunes and we just happen to need parts quite often, at least it seems like it anyways. My husband and 2 Sons are the aggressive ones with all that jumping stuff and it takes it's toll. We usually have a broken link arm or at least a snapped tie rod on every weekend adventure. This Go Karts R us site ahs always taken care of our needs. I or we have 2 Landmaster Utv buggies. Our parts manuals PDF is on my homepage for quick reference. Once you get the hang of it, picking a part that is broken comes naturally. At first I was a bit hesitant, and, I did order a few wrong parts in the past in which this company took care of with refunds minus a restocking fee. This seems to be the norm in this industry and I understand this or these parts are not "over the counter department store items" LOL. I think I ripped that off of one of their customer service statements.

I'm retired from the US Marine Corps and I now find a little R&R while playing on my almost 2 yr old American Landmaster L7 4wd SXS. I went through a Driver Pulley Clutch under warranty and they covered it with no problems. After the warranty was out, I burned through the Driven Pulley and a throttle cable, looked high and wide and found this site....... they had the part discounted and less than anywhere else!. The pully wheel was heavy and required some additional shipping, no problem; as it was still a better deal than anywhere else and believe it of not, it was received in 4 days and installed in-time before a weekend adventure out to Cape Cod. This trip was AMAZING and would not of happened without these good & dependable caring people. A gal named Debbie was just exceptional, and when I need a part again?... I look no further! These guys are the only ones who still had them, They were a little rusty-ish but overall I'm so happy to find these wheels, They are probably discontiued from the 90's I'm thinking? I have an old Manco Aerforce Go-Cart. It's hard to get parts for this and I find the best way is to email this company prior and they can let you know if the part is actually in stock. Oh, and you will need to talk part# with them, they will not know or respond to the parts description, I guess that's too much of a possible error thing so they talk part number only.

We repair some of these American Sportworks and Landmaster machines for customers. We highly recommend this company for genuine OEM parts...... which is important! In the past we use to buy "generic" parts which was a complete nightmare. A few would fit, not any would last. This place however has the good parts that are OEM (original manufacturer made parts) and trust me this is worth it. The frustration with the cheap chinese parts is not worth the frustration, even on Amazon ther's just plain junky cheap parts. You CAN return a part but let me be clear, you pay the return shipping UNLESS the part you ordered is not the part you received. So the fine print is, if you order (by part#) 6789 but received 6788 then yes they will pay the return shipping and send you out the correct part 6789. Nut if you order 6789 and you got that part then it's on you, it doesn't matter that the part is not the correct one, to them it is as you got the part you ordered. All in all, it's fair and I guess I learned this the hard way. I will still keep buying from here as they have the lowest prices and certainly get your order out quickly. I'd say a B+ from my snobby/picky self lol.

My advice would be to email them as to get thru on the phone is quite rare. Noting I have gotten ahold of them and it's usually in the mornings before they get hammered by phone calls, and from what I understand it's the YOUTH that's tying up the lines. Anyways if you're lucky enough you may get Brenda or Deb, but usually it's email as in my history it's just the easiest contact with GKRU. With that said, I have always had my questions answered or at least given a direction to go in. I have not placed an order yet so I can't comment on that but I'm building up an order so I can reach the free shipping mark of 200 dollars.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt my multiple orders placed here in the past deserve some attention. My story; I have 3 teenage boys (probably enough said right?) and my wife and I started go-cart projects for each one, building (or rebuilding) these carts has been a chore but a worthwhile one. I'd say the "building" was just as much as character within each of my Sons. Every day research was done and incorporated within our now taken over 1/2 of our 2 car garage. We live in the (Country) burbs in North Texas, and have a hard packed almost desert like land to ride together within reach of our backyard, so I figured this family project would be fun and fit us perfectly!.
And... It was!
But ....... very challenging and at times with not only the now poor or low source for some imported components, but also the discontinued (by the manufacturer) challenges. This is where Debbie and Brenda from 'Go-Karts R us' helped us out immensely. They went well over and above to try to find us some of our missing parts. My wife was amazed at how this company attended to our needs and seemed truly involved in our project, our emails were always answered back if not that same day, the very next morning. So my typing inspiration was actually my wife's fault, and I thought I should share our story, albeit a bit chopped up because in reality there is so much to talk about in so little time.
I made my account here on our very first order, and can trace my orders on the logged in panel, I have 26 orders to date and everyone of them has been exactly what I ordered and needed. Once; I over ordered on some bearings, but instead of returning them (which I could of easily) I kept them for spares as they matched up on 2 of our machines. I ordered a drive belt part 5959 from an amazon supplier, price was very low but it did last not my kids go cart even 1 week. Then I found this site with a review that popped up on google from a customer here saying that these are the real deal and not the cheap rubber ones. Well so far I may have to concur, the Oem belt from here has been on since March and still looks good. Moral to this story is sometimes you get what you pay for and there is a cheap knockoff out there that IMHO is not worth the time to change out so frequently. My wife actually found this site for me and that was kind of embarrassing as I just always ordered from AM Sportworks direct, thinking it doesn't get any better than that!? So now I eat crow, this place has the best pricing and they come through every time. I see some of our shipments do actually come from American Sportworks, or I guess they're called Landmasters now. My husband has me do all the ordering and we have nothing but good to say about Gokartsrus.com LLC. Couple quick stories in my testimonial. We have 4 children and all are almost every day karting "hobbyists". So we as parents use our 2 karts as kind of leverage, like in doing or not doing your chores. I know a lot of parents use cell phones as weight on this subject, but we don't want to take that away as we want or need to communicate with our teenage children. So we found these recreational karts as the best leverage. We keep them in the garage under lock and key with a careful eye when we have someone on "kart probation" Our method seems to work quite well, as a whole day (or more) without riding privilege's just seems to hit their weak spot........okay, back to our review; we had a wrong size gear sprocket on one of our orders, it was confusing as everything is directed to part numbers and not as descriptive references. Anyways it was handled in an efficient manor. Deb is wonderful and I will now only always ask for her if I have another problem.

A+ customer service. We had a part that was incorrect, our fault as we ordered by image and not by part number. We emailed immediately and received a response back to send the part back and reorder the correct part. We chose to do this prior to receiving a refund on the misordered part and had a tracking email on the replacement within hours. That part came 3 days later and the part sent back was refunded the same day they received it back. Most companies take several days for this, but not here! Highly recommend this site.

If you need to call them try morning like 10am-ish eastern. Worked for me now a few times but you can't really get a "technician" on the phone, you have to use email for them but any questions regarding an order you intend to place works like a charm, although they can't take the order over the phone because of some compliance law or rule?. They can tell you inventory levels and such which doesn't sound that important but believe me, in the height of the quad season it becomes very important, especially on parts that are already sold out on Americans site. Debby has been super helpful and like said, just not technical but they have guys for that but via email, and usually you can get answered that same day, so not that bad at all.
4 Stars, could be 5 if they let the guys with knowledge actually answer the da** phone!!!

Seems that the teenagers wake up after that and overwhelm the phone lines, and they only have 3 or 4 on-duty that take calls. She also explained that their Company cannot hire 20 or so to field calls .....as it would have to reflect in the pricing and wholesale cannot absorb that kind of service. Totally understand (now). Hopefully this will get pinned to the top of the comments. Thank you kindly.

So I am rebuilding the brake system on a 2005 Brister Chuck Wagon for a buddy of mine. Even though there are items I recently ordered on back order, and after a phone call about the issue, they are still willing to try and get it sorted out for me. Whether its a small part or our large Spring order, they always come through for us, or at least an answer....... Some off these Manco parts are becoming hard to find. As I understand it they do not make a lot of these parts anymore. Disappointing but certainly not this companies fault and they have always done there best to accommodate my inquiries. I also use the Forum now, I get some responses on there that help and sometimes have found some parts posted that were not on this site. So I highly recommend this maybe as a last resort if you can't find your part? I'll post a link to that forum and good luck everyone!

Once you have your parts manual it is VERY easy to order the parts that your Utv requires. Looks like a lot of different models available on the menu listing, so I found mine by entering in the model number in the sites search box the same way you find the part that you will need. My wife and I were super confused on obtaining parts for our {new to us} AM. Sportworks 3170 Go-kart. We contacted this company and they directed us to our parts manual and then we were off and running. Its so simple, type in the part number you need in the sites search field and the part comes up so you can order. What we thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a joy, and we have had our first order show up within a week, easily. Thank You for making this a breeze, our kids absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this gokart.

i ordered twice because my first order was messed up, i quickly emailed them the order number and brenda took care of it and i had a refund on this first order that same day. my second correct order arrived undamaged and had exactly what i needed for this gocart garage side job lol. i have bookmarked this site and will buy again from here for sure. a+

Our first order we checked out and selected "send personal check" for a payment method. It took 10 days to ship if not longer. So next order we used the pay-pal but we input our credit card selecting not to make an account. Worked flawlessly, and, we had the order in a few days. So be warned if you pay with a personal check it will take ALOT of added time that you might not have. Good luck y'all
