I needed a Part# 4325H (Hex Axle) for a very old Manco Go-Cart, it wasn't published on their site. I contacted them on a whim and to my surprise they had one from some old inventory they purchased from a dealer who they bought out. I received the 4325H hex axle within a week and it looks perfect. Received a damaged part and to resolve quickly they had me take a picture. No problem with that, and then they were going to send me out another part. But the next day, I asked for my money back as I thought I could then repair this part. Ok but hmmmm?... now all of a sudden they wanted the part back and I had to ship it (but at least it was with a prepaid return label otherwise this would be a 1 star review!). We acquired the go-cart "bug" while vacationing in Ocean City MD. in 2021 Coming home we found several back yard carts for sale on FB-Marketplace and we jumped right in purchasing 2. We were recommended by the seller to this company as our trusted parts resource and they had the brand parts we would need (VERY Important!). We've only had to place 2 orders so far and all has been exceptionally correct and good. I would only recommend to others "jumping" into this sport to make sure you get machines you can get parts for, yes, this is quite important and hopefully you don't find this out the hard way. I got right through on the phone and talked with a Debbie, she steered me to the correct area of their site so I could order. This was good in all, but she couldn't take my order over the phomne due to some security ordeal of not wanting to know my credit card number and details. I guess I get it, but it could of been a lot faster if she could of taken my order right then and there. It's now Tuesday and I placed this order on Friday. Once I found my parts manual on the site, it was a breeze to pick out my parts needed. I had to email them first as I did not know how or where to find them, but they responded back with a free downloadable link to my buggies manual. NOTE!: You will need to know your model number of you machine, after my initial emailing, I found out there was like 20 "revisions" of the model by name, so I had to go back to look at my Buggy (physically) and found the name plate along with the (worthless) serial number. I say worthless on teh serial number because apparently the Manufacturer never logged this number to cross it with the actual model! (hmmm?)
Anyways, all said and done it was a very easy process. Go Karts-R-us had the best pricing, and they shipped all my parts to my house within a week easily. So good experience all around, just know your numbers! lol. That is your Buggies model number, then with the help of your parts manual (which has like a blueprint image of your buggy parts/areas) you will be able to key in all your part numbers and set the quantities of each. Oh yeah, key-in meaning I use the search box with the part# entered, I'm sure there's other ways but this is quick and easy.
I hope this may help some people in the future. Happy trails, and I'm off going mudding! :)

We emailed immediately and received a response back to send the part back and reorder the correct part. To my disarray, this company emailed me and told me that tracking sometimes doesn't get displayed for awhile and it's not them displaying this info but rather the post office as in my case it looks like my box of parts is being sent postal. I purchased their OEM 5959 drive belt after trying the amazon ones listed for like 3 for this same price as one here. Let me first tell you that those amazon one's last a couple of good day of riding at best, they end up shredding and pretty fast at that. It's got be the cheap rubber that those chinese belts have or use. HOWEVER, these 5959 belts {from here} are OEM and last 100 times longer! No joke, you'll be switching out those amazon chinese ones all the time, labor and down time is just not worth it, even if you can get 6 of those for the price of just one of these. Nope, no more for me

Looks like they work hand in hand with American Landmaster. I order from both sites actually but this GKRU site has slightly better pricing on their parts so I now look here first. Noting some shipments ordered from here will actually come from Landmaster in Indiana, but most have shipped from New York? so this looks like the main shipping warehouse for them, either way it's prompt service. Slight delay in my order as I put my PO Box as the street address. Apparently they do ship Postal but larger items have to go UPS. i was informed to put my POB on the 2nd address line and if the shipment can go that way it will, otherwise your shipment will use the first address line. Lesson learned. I now will include both my street address and put my POB on street address line 2. I received tracking and just await my parts order, looks all good so far.

We purchased 2 Landmaster UTV's for use around our dairy farm in 2020. We now required some parts here in 2023, not complaining at all!. So googling around, I found this place and just placed our second order in 2 Mos. The system is easy, but you will need your part manual because you pick parts by part#. We had our manuals as the 2 models are identical and we retained the paperwork, but I also see you can download them here as well. Very nice folks, also to note!..... we used the quantity buyers program on both orders and saved even more money. This is a hidden gem!; look up to the top of their page for and "Info" button, then scroll to "Quantity Buyers Program". They had everything including a Tru Value hardware. We dearly miss it and the staff was awesome too, we knew Carol Hendrickson personally who was the sales manager there. Now-a-days? I see a HEP Bargain window and door company in there, it looks like a mess from the outside, even worse on the inside. You can tell the new owners just don't care. SAD SAD SAD, and to be honest, this use to be a LANDMARK in Geneva..... Now it's just an eye sorer! :(

I use to order these 5959 drive belts on amazon but they would not last at all. Tried this companies 5959 and seem MUCH better and it's been on now over a month and still going strong. I love amazon but sometimes sellers try to push the cheap stuff on it which amazon has no control or probably even has an idea that they are so cheaply made. My 1 star on Amazon is a 5 star here!

I then emailed them for this part and they got back to me the next day saying they could ship me the part out that same day as long as they had my order by 10am, noting a part that Landmaster was out of and said they were never getting back in. We have 2 side-by-side's and take them on week-long Summer & early Fall trips, the kids have theirs and my husband and I lead the pack in ours. We don't abuse them in any way, but they do require maintenance stuff and GoKartsRus has always supplied our needs and for almost 3 years now.

If you need to call them try morning like 10am-ish eastern. Worked for me now a few times but you can't really get a "technician" on the phone, you have to use email for them but any questions regarding an order you intend to place works like a charm, although they can't take the order over the phone because of some compliance law or rule?. They can tell you inventory levels and such which doesn't sound that important but believe me, in the height of the quad season it becomes very important, especially on parts that are already sold out on Americans site. Debby has been super helpful and like said, just not technical but they have guys for that but via email, and usually you can get answered that same day, so not that bad at all.

I'm retired from the US Marine Corps and I now find a little R&R while playing on my almost 2 yr old American Landmaster L7 4wd SXS. I went through a Driver Pulley Clutch under warranty and they covered it with no problems. After the warranty was out, I burned through the Driven Pulley and a throttle cable, looked high and wide and found this site....... they had the part discounted and less than anywhere else!. The pully wheel was heavy and required some additional shipping, no problem; as it was still a better deal than anywhere else and believe it of not, it was received in 4 days and installed in-time before a weekend adventure out to Cape Cod. This trip was AMAZING and would not of happened without these good & dependable caring people. A gal named Debbie was just exceptional, and when I need a part again?... I look no further! I called American landmasters and they gave me this site as they said a few of the parts we needed were now "obsolete" ?. I called here and the woman said to email them the part numbers and they would research them to see if they could still get any or all of them. Well, they came through on all but one (that they said it was last sold 6 years ago, yikes!). This comes from your models parts diagram which if you don't have one they will get you one at no charge, just look for the CONTACT US button in the top middle of their site and it will have a button for parts manuals. YOU will need to know your make and model number for this to happen but once you do this you are golden. Noting it took almost a day for the response so be patient. The parts manual will have a blueprint or visual diagram of your unit showing all the parts broken down individually. This is key. You will then cross reference a ref number to the actual part number on that page or sometimes on a following page. This is all done in a PDF, Very straight forward. Once you have your part number, you type it into the sites search box and it will display along with the price and a order now button. If it is not in stock for any reason, you may not see the add to cart button, so keep this in memory as this can be confusing seeing the part but no way of buying it. Its VERY important that you order FROM the correct part manual for YOUR machine (its all done by model number of your unit/kart/atv/utv etc.. Otherwise....... you will get incorrect parts, period. After reading through these reviews, I see and hear about getting/receiving incorrect parts, well, this would not be the case if they (you?) use the correct method of finding and ordering your parts. I laugh when I read "they sent me the wrong part!" when generally it is more like "I ORDERED THE WRONG PART!". There is a difference people and if it's the fault of the company, they will pay the return shipping, so stop crying about the fact that they do not pay for return shipping. They do...... if it's there fault!.

I run a business that sells and delivers Provisions (food & beverage) out to the docks for several million$ luxury yachts. We (now) use these LandMasters UTV's with rear decks/beds and tow behind trailers as it works best on crowded docks especially with taxi's and limo's hogging the passthru lanes. With that being said, we cannot have any hiccups in our service and depend on these machines dearly. I contacted "Gokarts r us" of our goals and needs and they have assisted us each time. So, they list their Check-out shipping options as "Best way" and "Priority". We use the Priority, but, have contacted them (i believe his name was Kevin) and got Overnite shipping on a couple of parts. So, they will work with you but expect those services to not come 'cheap'.... and, a word that doesn't really exist in our vocabulary LOL!! 5 Starz!

You CAN return a part but let me be clear, you pay the return shipping UNLESS the part you ordered is not the part you received. So the fine print is, if you order (by part#) 6789 but received 6788 then yes they will pay the return shipping and send you out the correct part 6789. Nut if you order 6789 and you got that part then it's on you, it doesn't matter that the part is not the correct one, to them it is as you got the part you ordered. All in all, it's fair and I guess I learned this the hard way. I will still keep buying from here as they have the lowest prices and certainly get your order out quickly. I'd say a B+ from my snobby/picky self lol.

Brenda replied back that they do indeed have a 9599-2 Brake Rod in inventory, it's just not listed on the website. She then gave {or made?} me a link to purchase one and bamm, I had it in-hand within a week. I remember our daughter was so excited, after our hike up the Glenn we stopped at a Pizza Hut and all I remember was how excited we all were, unfortunately... we should of passed on the pizza as the mini-car company (these guys) were closed by the time we got back up to Geneva. Talk about going from a hiking high, down to a deflating and very low disappointment, UGH!!!
Well, WE did return on Monday as Sunday they were closed., I just remember how they were real genuine people, they also have or had an ACE hardware store and attached was a factory plant of some sorts...... if I remember correctly. A few years pass and I found their website, and occasionally bought parts and stuff from them, online. This was back in the days that you used dial-up and America Online LOL. Super glad to see them still alive and well, but I do now see Waterloo as their address?. hmmm? I (we) no longer have that Mini Car but it served us well and for my daughters entire teenage years. It finally found the curbside sale in front of our house, and I remember telling the older gent who bought it to go to this site for parts. So that's our story, probably not a site review, sorry, I just had to tell this story.
Wrapping up this now long story, SORRY!, and about 30 years later?, I stumbled across this site {again} last night and brought back all the memories. When we revisit the in-laws who are still in the Rochester area, I want to trek that route again to Watkins G. and a must do stop at their store..... because as I remember it was just SOOOOO freeqing cool and interesting and they had just about EVERYTHING you could imagine.

These guys are the only ones who still had them, They were a little rusty-ish but overall I'm so happy to find these wheels, They are probably discontiued from the 90's I'm thinking? We repair some of these American Sportworks and Landmaster machines for customers. We highly recommend this company for genuine OEM parts...... which is important! In the past we use to buy "generic" parts which was a complete nightmare. A few would fit, not any would last. This place however has the good parts that are OEM (original manufacturer made parts) and trust me this is worth it. The frustration with the cheap chinese parts is not worth the frustration, even on Amazon ther's just plain junky cheap parts. I have a model 7151 Carbide Go-Cart by American Sportworks. These were popular back in the day and parts were easy to find. Not so anymore :-( but I have found this place and they seem to still have a lot of the parts which is a huge help. My advice would be to email them as to get thru on the phone is quite rare. Noting I have gotten ahold of them and it's usually in the mornings before they get hammered by phone calls, and from what I understand it's the YOUTH that's tying up the lines. Anyways if you're lucky enough you may get Brenda or Deb, but usually it's email as in my history it's just the easiest contact with GKRU. With that said, I have always had my questions answered or at least given a direction to go in. I have not placed an order yet so I can't comment on that but I'm building up an order so I can reach the free shipping mark of 200 dollars.

I contacted them and that is the policy and yes, it is shown in the site agreement terms that you do check off when placing an order here. The problem is that they don't continue parts for their older models/lines, they drop these foreign made parts in favor of the new models. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I felt my multiple orders placed here in the past deserve some attention. My story; I have 3 teenage boys (probably enough said right?) and my wife and I started go-cart projects for each one, building (or rebuilding) these carts has been a chore but a worthwhile one. I'd say the "building" was just as much as character within each of my Sons. Every day research was done and incorporated within our now taken over 1/2 of our 2 car garage. We live in the (Country) burbs in North Texas, and have a hard packed almost desert like land to ride together within reach of our backyard, so I figured this family project would be fun and fit us perfectly!.

But ....... very challenging and at times with not only the now poor or low source for some imported components, but also the discontinued (by the manufacturer) challenges. This is where Debbie and Brenda from 'Go-Karts R us' helped us out immensely. They went well over and above to try to find us some of our missing parts. My wife was amazed at how this company attended to our needs and seemed truly involved in our project, our emails were always answered back if not that same day, the very next morning. So my typing inspiration was actually my wife's fault, and I thought I should share our story, albeit a bit chopped up because in reality there is so much to talk about in so little time.
I made my account here on our very first order, and can trace my orders on the logged in panel, I have 26 orders to date and everyone of them has been exactly what I ordered and needed. Once; I over ordered on some bearings, but instead of returning them (which I could of easily) I kept them for spares as they matched up on 2 of our machines. Sometimes you will see a "DISCONTINUED" displayed but, it may still be available, you need to look for a "Add to Cart" button, then you're good to go. If no Cart button then the part is gone and you need to start your google process. We've had pretty good luck here and with my husband that keeps picking up these roadside deals, I'm in charge of ordering the parts on "HIS" repurposing and rebuilding kart projects. I've ordered 5 times from go-kartsRus, only once did I have a backorder and the package did not come to me within approx ~5~ days. I have also tried a couple of competitor sites with WAY worse results, we won't comment on those messes.
I understand some of these parts are getting scarce as the manufacturer keeps getting bought out, new owner comes in etc. but c'mon man!
So Go-karts'R'us (and easy to remember like the Toys'R' us Co.) is about the best you'll get for American sportworks parts. But, let it be known that some of these parts are just getting very hard to come by and you may have to buy elsewhere because of availability or lack thereof. If a part doesn't come up in your site lookup, email them the part# and ask for possible availability. Worked out once for me and failed also once. okay, they tried their best I guess.

I called and talked with a guy about needing a tie rod form my manco 415 gocart. He would not tell me the part I needed and made me download a schematic to pick parts saying they support 1 gazillion models and he personally doesn't know blah blah blah about every model including mine. I then found the tierod, called back again asking if this is the part or do I need another different part? A woman picked up this time and she was as generic as the first guy, they will not commit to ANYTHING!. They have a lot of older or should I say discontinued parts but not all are listed on the website, so email them your part number and see if they can find you that part. You will need the part number as they do not deal in descriptives such as bearing, strut flange etc. It has worked for me a couple of times so far and we failed on a couple as well, but it is worth a try. I have 5 grandkids and they put me in charge of getting them parts for there little go car. I have had a few problems obtaining some parts as I guess these carts are not in production anymore, and I found it easiest to email them the part number first before ordering them. This may not be a factor with newer gocars, but with ours which is the manco intruder II, I find this to be the best method. My husband has me do all the ordering and we have nothing but good to say about Gokartsrus.com LLC. Couple quick stories in my testimonial. We have 4 children and all are almost every day karting "hobbyists". So we as parents use our 2 karts as kind of leverage, like in doing or not doing your chores. I know a lot of parents use cell phones as weight on this subject, but we don't want to take that away as we want or need to communicate with our teenage children. So we found these recreational karts as the best leverage. We keep them in the garage under lock and key with a careful eye when we have someone on "kart probation" Our method seems to work quite well, as a whole day (or more) without riding privilege's just seems to hit their weak spot........okay, back to our review; we had a wrong size gear sprocket on one of our orders, it was confusing as everything is directed to part numbers and not as descriptive references. I ordered a drive belt part 5959 from an amazon supplier, price was very low but it did last not my kids go cart even 1 week. Then I found this site with a review that popped up on google from a customer here saying that these are the real deal and not the cheap rubber ones. Well so far I may have to concur, the Oem belt from here has been on since March and still looks good. Moral to this story is sometimes you get what you pay for and there is a cheap knockoff out there that IMHO is not worth the time to change out so frequently. Seems that the teenagers wake up after that and overwhelm the phone lines, and they only have 3 or 4 on-duty that take calls. She also explained that their Company cannot hire 20 or so to field calls .....as it would have to reflect in the pricing and wholesale cannot absorb that kind of service. Totally understand (now). Our family rides primarily in the western Texas dunes and we just happen to need parts quite often, at least it seems like it anyways. My husband and 2 Sons are the aggressive ones with all that jumping stuff and it takes it's toll. We usually have a broken link arm or at least a snapped tie rod on every weekend adventure. This Go Karts R us site ahs always taken care of our needs. I or we have 2 Landmaster Utv buggies. Our parts manuals PDF is on my homepage for quick reference. Once you get the hang of it, picking a part that is broken comes naturally. At first I was a bit hesitant, and, I did order a few wrong parts in the past in which this company took care of with refunds minus a restocking fee. This seems to be the norm in this industry and I understand this or these parts are not "over the counter department store items" LOL. I think I ripped that off of one of their customer service statements.

As I understand it they do not make a lot of these parts anymore. Disappointing but certainly not this companies fault and they have always done there best to accommodate my inquiries. I have an old manco talon 4x4 atv and it is super hard to find parts for it but this place has served me pretty well. Prices are cheaper than I have found elseware but honestly at this point and time I would pay whatever just to get these stinking parts. I inquired about an expensive part of over 1 grand and asked if they had a payment plan available. Debbie S. from their office set me up with a Paypal invoice through pay later and actually f you pay it off in 6 months there is no interest charges. I have an old Manco Aerforce Go-Cart. It's hard to get parts for this and I find the best way is to email this company prior and they can let you know if the part is actually in stock. Oh, and you will need to talk part# with them, they will not know or respond to the parts description, I guess that's too much of a possible error thing so they talk part number only.

Problem!: I had the incorrect parts manual for my utv machine, so I ordered a few parts and some did not fit. After several emails with a Ms Debby, she directed me to the correct parts diagram for my utv. This took a couple of days however as I could not find my model number on the utv. Apparently {?} the previous owner removed the metal ID tag that stated this info. Hassle of solving evolved and after much analyzing and collaboration, I {we} got it figured out and my last order had all the parts my machine needed / required. So my advice to others is to get your parts from the correct model numbers diagram, hopefully your utv will still have this metal id tag on it. This will save you a big headache later, trust me. As far as this company's website and their email support? It was good ...in the end, I really didn't understand how many different models they service and support and it's in the several 100's. With that being said, Debby was patient and I probably was not! My apologies to her as she listened and I was frustrated and didn't.. Hope my experience and review helps others. My Sons Manco Go-Kart takes a 4335 Centrifugal Clutch and this seems to be a big wear and tear part. After talking with them via email, they gave me tips on lubricating the bushing on the clutch. Again, Yes, If you get your order high enough you can actually get free shipping, but, this in reality is not very often for us. My two boys always seem to ask me to order them a bushing lets say, I then get riff from them about if I ordered it yet, I tell them no, I'm waiting on more to make it efficient and then the attitude starts. So end of story, it's a good system IF you order enough, otherwise it's a family debacle as I have to be the thrifty one in the family and this shipping system is not for me (or would that be us?). Once we found the name plate it was a piece of cake and my only advice then or after that is to refer to parts by the number and not name of the part itself mainly to lesson the confusion. I would grade this company an A- as overall it is quite good and prices seem to be competitive.

I like that you can now instant down-load your parts manuals, before you had to checkout with a purchase ($0) to get them, much easier now, good job to your IT dept. Talking with Debbie on the phone, which by the way is NOT so easy as they don't tender to the phone very much, but she was super HELPFUL and NICE! So 5 stars but ...... due to the hard to get ahold on the phone gets them down to 4 stars. Their email reply is excellent btw, and Debbie said that this is your best contact way, and this helps to offset the lower prices, She also mentioned that they could hire 20 employees just to answer phones but the offset tp pay this would be retail pricing. NOPE, we're good, email works but I wouldn't mind once in awhile talking to a real person. Cheers
