I finally got through on the phone and talked to Ms Brenda. She says/states that your BEST TIME TO CALL THEM IS/ AROUND 10AM (Eastern). Seems that the teenagers wake up after that and overwhelm the phone lines, and they only have 3 or 4 on-duty that take calls. She also explained that their Company cannot hire 20 or so to field calls .....as it would have to reflect in the pricing and wholesale cannot absorb that kind of service. Totally understand (now). Hopefully this will get pinned to the top of the comments. Thank you kindly.
