Model 808 Go-Kart Parts Manuals

Receive your FREE Parts/Owners Manual:

1. Find your machines Model Number : originally, it was on a label along w a serial number, usually on the floor pan, top side.
1b. If there is no identification left anywhere, try searching the Internet, find images that may match up and seek a Model# that way. Compare with our Downloads of that particular Model#. This is probably your best way of narrowing it down when you have no Model# info.

2. Locate your Parts Manual by doing a Site Search (top right/all site pages). Enter-in your base model number only (ie) 386-16 along with a "space" and Manual
2b. The above^ example would be entered-in as simply: 386 Manual

3. Within that Models listing, find your Models revision and/or date production and click that link.
3b. If you do not know the revision or date shown, try a newer/higher number working your way down until the part diagrams matchup for you.

4. Clicked link will open a new Tab containing your downloaded PDF Manual.

Ordering Parts is Super Easy!:

Within your Parts Manual, view the visual breakdown blueprint/diagram. Optionally; Narrow it down to your interested area by using the PDF-Zoom feature.
If the part is available, it will be given a "Reference Number". This is a cross reference to that actual "Part#", and that is usually on either the following or the prior page all within that same PDF. (ie) Ref# 29 on the diagram may equal Part# 123456 (on the cross reference PDF page). Each manual has different Reference #'s
Enter in the Part# (site search box, upper right of all Go-Karts "R" us site pages)
Select/Click the Part, if it is available, you will see a 'Add to Cart" Button. Build a Shopping Cart of all your parts needed, click Checkout and complete the process.

If you do not see your part# in a site search, please Contact Us with that Part# and we will do our best at researching this for you!

PART NUMBERS "2-" PREFIX?
These are UTV Parts only!. (ie) Part# 2-12345 has no relation to normal part# 12345. The Prefix simply indicates that it's usage is solely for UTV (Utility Vehicles) by Brister and ASW. Do NOT mix-in any "2-" part#'s into your order (if you are ordering normal non "2-" prefix ordered parts). Thank you!
